28s on 8x305mm is ok, you have reload booster AFAIK and also can use Top Grade Gunner or what ever is that 8% reload boost called to accelarate it a bit, sprinkle some AR on it and you have yourself a nice little Sharnhorst like salvo in the cruiser slot, might be more or less fitting for serious play but you can sure as h use her in Randoms and Rank

Exactly, they are not giving up on them and thats that, all that remains is to see how broken they end up beeing in the moment some management bloke decides enough is enough and its time to see some cash return on them NOW and pushes the release, I suspect it wont be later then anniversary actally its a small wonder they didnt push them in last year… IMO if they want to have subs in it and not breaking the game they have to let go of the “balance by popularity” notion, most players want surface ship engagements and subs will always be a nieche class and that should be acceptable, increase xp and cred coeffitients on them and balance the surface ship interaction properly, yes tgey wont do much damage in most battles but guys really really wanting to play subs shouldnt mund that, now they have few guys wanting subs playing them and whole bunch of griefers and wannabe griefers in them as well… Continue this much further and they will be your only f players wg…

How is it not clear? At the top of the article in the first link you have the designs next to names of people that sent them and in the next link is a survey page in which you write your in game name and click the design you like... I am using Chrome btw
