AP on vanguard works for me and it has great dispersion its a cruiser killer, this ship is acctually what Roma was supposed to be (low detection, manouverable, fast turreted medium caliber bb) but somehow never became that, vanguard acctually HITS where you aim and doesnt overpen everything when you close in unlike Roma whitch is basically usless since it either scatters all over the place if you fire at range or when you close in to acctually hit anything overpens all day

Ship has great dispersion 3 fights so far - 2 losses and 1 kraken win...

The main reason I disliked it back when I ground it was the fact you get from the quick and relatively nimble Bismarck that has sec suite whitch is usefoul at least sometimes when you face t6-7 matchup to a t9 brick that faces long range killers you can often barely see on horizon let alone hit with those scatterguns and getting the reds in the sec range was mostly a one way ticket to port, the question was not IF you due but how quckly and how much damage you can dish out before that... That said german bbs were my first t10 line so I learned a bit since then, might be my experience now would be different but Im certenly not keen to test that

Encountered 3 such divisions yesterday twice opposing side once in my team, and aldough they are quite cancerous in general it didnt end well for the red ones at all, once i was in clan div comtaining a dfaa dd and 2 kutuzovs and we burned their team to the waterline around them, second one i encontered by myself in monq and i stripped their aa ships clean of their aa guns so our cv raped them, one on my side won easly aldough i had no special contribution in it...

Got them aldough its a bit unexpected, yesterday finnal ground out the conq lu and seems vanguaed might be similar in handling (jusging by the numbers) since im cruiser main and like BCs in general should be fun for me, look forward to try it out when o get back from work

When you fire on manouvering cruisers or even bbs from medium distances there will be a lot of hits on turrets and deck those are possibly the places that generate the additional pens you dont have without ifhe

I guess he tried to name those kind of players bots (npc?), thats grossly unfair to the bots since in wows they are usually quite supportive of pushing and draw fire and tank damage nicely

Huanghe is fine imo got 58% and 35k damage average on it quite fun ship

Fletch is more relaxing to play, jutland takes more care to position properly and use that sap to its advantage, imo both are keepers
