In the end (as many times before) I decided to go for it since its rather cheap, does nice damage but I have 0% wr in it that 0 ziltch

I play it in CW for obvious reasons its still gun reload spec couse thats the only thing i have to defend myself against other dds so a no brainer there, but it hurted the ship, badly... Now you cant really go toe to toe in a gun duel with gearing not to mention other t10 gunships and your option to go as torp/spot platform is a) ridiculous sunce you cant defend yourself with torps and b) they got nerfed as well

I dont use EL unless irs improved version, for me its just not worth it next to more usefoul PT or PM since most bb captains i use have 1-2-2-2 skill spread unless they are sec spec when its 2-1-1-3 spread, acctually there I could maybee even have points to take EL but situatios in whitch I find myself wanting it are so rare that I just dont think its worth it, however that depends on playstyle and is entirely personal preference based... Chill people, its good to have options, you can never have too many options

3 lyons wouldnt last long yes, had 3 of those the other day in red team and we were only 2 in div kutuzov and lightning and we burned them all down one after the other and one sharnhorst to boot as well, lyons really react badly to he spam

You serious? Do you acctually know how big say a fletcher class destroyer was irl? look it up 9 shells from a yamato that went through without exploding (while unpleasant for sure) might or might not disable it or do any serious damage/kill some crew and let alone kill everyone on board

De grasse is nice but i wouldnt bring a cl in 5v5 tbh too soft, cant overmatch anything and there is little time for burning stuff couse when they focus you its probbably game over quickly, maybee perth or leander might work if you get decent dds but thats lottery, prefer to forge my own fate when possible

No you re not m8 i love my baddie to bits, if I would need to choose a single thing to buff on it i would say a slight buff in concealment so not to have to sail for several km spotted in order to spot the opposing dd and nuke it while half of his team is taking potshots at you, would make capping way easyer as well, aldough i seem to cap fairly alot in le terrible, even more so then in some much stealthyer dds

Hmm IDK in general it is less damage (personal observation from both standpoints) but the other day (it was after the patch) i smacked a rushing akizuki in the nose and ribbon showed full pen not overpen, so the question is it still possible to have pens just harder or does that full pen count as 10%? On other notion, switching to HE is something i already used to do even before (when there was time to prepair for a dd ofc) so i dont find that so bad, EL though IMHO is of questionable merit as it is now (with possible exeption of the 75% variant and on some ships) becouse you need to have fully loaded guns for it to work and IRL it usually takes only slightly more time to just fire loaded ammo and switch to the other type for next volley then to wait at least 20-30 seconds for the new ammo type since the window of opportunity for whitch you are acctually switching it is often gone by then even more so if you add shell travel time and reaction time to it...

Yeah might make a decent (freexp) premium dd and without to much trouble for modeling, despite the dubious usefoulness of the planes, maybee make it support dd with less dpm but longer gun range (maybee bigger fire chance per shell) and say hydro or something so its still interesting
