Well given the state od the game i would say load up a aa spec mahan or sims (cruisers might not work since cv will likely avoid you like a plaegued corpse but might tey aa spec helena as well) and div up with a t6 cv so you are sure to have the +1 tier bonus and make sure he finds you... Dont know if they disabeled divs for cvs tho
