The way I see it, these kind of discussions emerge from unwaranted feelings of entitelment, there is no reason a good RTS CV player has to like and automatically be good in new cvs many cant accept their long honed rts skills are now usless, also there is no reason that non cv (sorry guys but it is usually dd mains in question) players should feel they are entiteled to a situation in which cvs would be so hard and unfun to play for most players that they go extinct again and they can continue their pre rework tactics, game changed for better or worse those that want and can will adapt, other will go away simple as that

Well despite beeing powercrept a bit Belfi is still strong and would work at t8-10 bracket (well as much as any t8 cruiser does) smoke is more of a sidenote nowdays (even for a cruiser) with all the radar and smoke spotting nerfs but still give some advantage, same goes for kutuzov that could do its job as t9 just the same, with current mm you face t8/9 in belfi and t10 in kuzu all the time anyhow

Yea i line up for strike hit with 8 rockets and do 2k damage with them then half of my squad gets shredded to red by aa while I am turning for another pass just to do another 2k damage and pay for that with 8 planes... Want torps? No problem perfect strike, lined up to arm right before impact both hit - 6k on a 60k bb same story only its questionable if you will even have a chance for a proper second run since if there is a cruiser nearby or bb is +2 your planes just drop out od the sky... DBs? Same story basicaly and even harder to hit for proper damage since you need to scade the deck to really hit anything and again entire flight gone for 4-6k damage... Overall point is you have these numbers in t6-10 basically per run and in each tier you get something like 2-3 runs in before you are effectively deplaned, before even having the option of striking you shoud teoretically spot but spotting doesnt mean jack if the team blobs up and lemmingtrains on the other side od the map from the enemy, what do I get for losing planes on spoting if noone is shooting the spotted ships? Best part is 5 AA cruisers that spawn on red team are still all alive and over 80% hp 10 min in since nobody gives a damn that you cant do crap with them around and nobody shoots them, but its cvs fault that reds just capped all caps and killed off half of the team, clearly... That damage i can in average do in first 10 minutes of the game with cv I can do with ONE stalingrad salvo, nuff said?

How does a low XP across the board fight happen even with unicums in it? Simple team gets roflstomped, dies off and loses with points going 0 before they have time to do anything about it, especially easy to happen if they and up in such situation when sailing some late game swinging ship or some very slow bb that takes forever to get into position, sit back and watch in horror what is unfolding is the only thing you can do

I just sold off everything above T6 yesterday and the whole IJN line (kept them reaserched) as I have no more patience for that bull feces with t8 and 10 cvs and especially IJN, i ll keep Furious and Ranger for ops shenanigans (for now) and to be able to grind and try out Implacable (if i don t manage to get it via florins) and that s it for me, might play few more cv games in randoms with t6-es but i am not going up there again unless they fix this nerf fest, its not impossible to play around what they did I just dont want to do that, its not worth the bother
