  1. Dunno about T6/7 but WG really overdid this Ops bots thing, like seriously Myokos with 52k HP and T11 AA on them, Yamato with 130k... I mean I dont mind the up tiering thing but did they really need to make them cheat as well, like ffs this way one cant really know what modifications and stats these ships have, just put the T9/10 in there if you want to have the T9/10 stats on the ships and make them NORMAL ships, Jesus...

    Zao was fine until WG started to sh*t out the overmatch 30mm deck armor BB swarm now its well just another XP pinata, I am really starting to think about abandoning the cruiser class altogether...

  6. Well they made the ops hard, one needs lot of luck or a good team for a proper win, the latter is not likely with a random team ofc… On the other hand mission rewards are now linked to basexp and not stars so it doesnt really matter

    The core concept in AA is flawed... They might try following - all CVs (that have the appropriate plane type ofc) can drop rockets and torps at range that is beyond the AA bubble BUT due to dispersion (DFAA might be made to increase it even further as it used to before) they will hit only some of the missiles and target has more chance to dodge (torps) or they can choose to get in to have a narrower strike area and shorter travel time for the weapons BUT ofc risk taking damage to the planes on the way in, ALL planes in an attack flight get damaged BUT in return planes that are NOT in attack run take only limited damage like IDK 10%-20%-30% or something of the AA aura they are in... That would actually be opposite from the way it works now where the attacking flight is immune and the rest of the planes take damage... For bombs I would give every CV an option to select bomb type in match like an ammo type for ships between skip bombs and dive bombs, every player can then chose if they want to drop skippers (those can be dropped outside the bubble like previous ordnance types) OR they can risk taking damage but gave better accuracy and/or more damage per hit (would need some tweaking) also they might give the planes an consumable for reducing fighter inflicted damage, call it something like "evasive maneuvers" or even make it a captain skill to take (could be material for an advanced cap skill as well if improved) ofc fighers should be made to chase longer and patrol larger area as well as react faster... Fighters should not spot or have spotting largely reduced and they should take reduced damage while not attacking enemy planes, interceptor skull can stay with them being immune to AA and not spot at all But OFC WG is happy with the CV rework so its all wasted words

    Only "problem" with SD I can detect is her being a glass cannon, like all the other "superlight" cruisers in game, now she does have a heal unlike some of the others and can heal bac a bit of the early mistakes but caught in the open and/or focused its game over heal or not, like it should be I guess... Insane DPM against select targets and parts of ships traded for being forced to play very carefully... Fair trade I guess

  17. @Crysantos IMHO the difficulty level might be a tad much for random teams, all ops are now similar to what we used to have as the hard mode, not that I dont like the added challenge mind you, esp since the reward system i now mission based and not star based like it was and one can use the same ship all the time without the break/cost penalty we had imposed in thr old system… I very much like them and will be spending some time there (not all ofc) and also aquire more ships for the purpose of playing them

    I am still here because subs are still not that much of a nuisance for me to bin all the rest of the gameplay enjoyment, partly because of tweaks WG did and partly because most people playing them are cr*p and cant be a real threat (goes for other assets in game ofc) however I do spend much less and plan on cutting it down even more as well as avoid any mode containing pvp griefing as much ws possible, luckily new ops seem a good place and most of the other stuff can be ground out in coop where subs or anything else dont matter much anyway… When I get annoyed enough or game loses its fun I will go, like I did with other games in the past, also there will be no drama posts with farewell cruel world, uninstall and bye simple as that… I have no ilusion (or had) WG will give up on sub idea as a whole but I did hope they will make them in a more sensible way, the way they are implemented if they actually catch on “en masse” they WILL kill the gameplay for everybody else say perhaps CVs ans some long range spammers that will plink spotted stuff from 20km and just start kiting from the match start…
  19. This and also extending the mission parameters to all relevant tiers that are elligable for those ops so people are not forced to take higher tires only for that reason
  20. Yes, def 2 hard for random groups, its winnable ofc but hard, might be a bit better when we all shape up a bit ofc but likely will require some adjusting…

    Hmm..

    Problem is - thinking they are not ready still doesnt prevent the very same people from using them and even buying them, nerf disclamers dont either, many long term players are in a churn cycle now, they get the new premium or early access they know is broken, play their fill while its broken and move on to the next afterwards, WG can nerf the s*it out of the old ones for all they care, even better as the new shiny toy will be that much more broken in comparison… WG is making insane amounts of money from early access and temporary features and on the other end they remove some really strong suff that they know people will want and lock them in the lootboxes so they can farm the gamble additctions…
