YES THIS IE: HE shell - 1/5 pen and base FC = roughly caliber in inches (ie 100 mm pens 20mm and has 4% FC) IFHE shell - 1/3 pen and base FC cap at 1% (ie 100 mm pens 32 mm) HE shell with DE - 1/5 pen and double the FC in inches (100 mm pens 20 mm has 8% FC) BUT cuts the HE pen damage in half of the one it has normally AP can stay as it is... SAP is basically still in developement anyway...

Got T5, 6 & 8 from Prem, didnt get any from standard...

Yesterday I had to cap 3 caps one after the other in Emerald as all but one DD were dead 2 min in and that one fella didnt want to come close to any caps...

T5 are just too fragile IMO, in normal cruisers you can usually alterate shooting and hiding while the fires you left on still do some damage, here you have to shoot contiously and you get deleted...

She would be ok if she had proper armor, or smoke, or heal, but this way oh dear...

IMO yes an IFHE shell should essentially behave like a SAP shell (or what WG devs explained sap should be) hence to not be rude I would say - have IFHE increase HE pen 50% but cap the FC at 1% in return, this way you get to choose either splash/fire or pen damage but without fires

Agreed T5 are very meh to be polite... Trento is ok-ish Zara i dont have so dont know... Amalfi is quite decent IMHO

True, the most common response is muh im bottom tier but thats not really a reason now is it... I know he is and capping mid and late game is same as capping at any other point of the game when cv dumping on you is concerned (well unless he got deplaned), actually its even worse for you as a DD as you will surely have less allies for AA around, your own AA will probably be damaged as well and he only needs a not even full RF squad, something he will rarely use on anything else then a DD really (or a DB squad for US) to nail you...

Kreml is, well I am speachless really, few days ago I played a match on Sleeping Giant, spawned left south side so I went full throttle to west A enterance following my DDs ans cruisers... Would you belive me if I told you I didnt even need to lower speed the whole match, yust full throttle and shoot, shoot, heal a bit, soot more, we won in 10min 200k damage...

I am afraid this is a legit option and its OFC total bollock if it happens as many of us who double grounded through the "sovytski soyuz" (once to get kreml and once again same xp amount for future slava branchoff) got shafted...

Well in all honesty since the game is WW2 (and post ww2) centered its kinda clear that USN is the most populated and has most ships as they had most ships built and most projects as well... US Navy WW2 building program after the insult of Pearl Harbor was the birth of a superpower navy something RN was not anymore at that point...
