    Somehow I suspect the fiddling with the smoke render mechanics they did becouse of "AA dakka randomisations" is the very core of this bug... Perhaps they should revert that particular change and just let the DDs that dont know when to turn it off take their medicine

    Not even close bro, making a reactor core actually go nuclear is basically impossible, there are some specific reactors that theoretically might do it in very specific set of circumstances that should not be able to occur by accident and none of those were ever installed on any ship of any kind...

    @OP You cant cap without heavy support unless you are certain what is there around the cap, and as soon as the circle starts ticking enemy will know you are there, so there are two ways to go about finding out whats lurking around without (well mostly) getting killed... One - bypass the cap initially and go scout on the side but dont yolorush in, you need to be able to turn away and flee Two - approach the cap so you can run away momentarily in case you are spoted or radared, this is done either by reversing in it or driving paralel to the expected enemy position so sou can turn away at speed You should be familliar with spotting distances of the dds and radar cruisers in your MM spread to know where they can spot you as well... As for random potatos in chat - basically ignore them, when moving in a group your position in relation to them should be such that you just about can spot an enemy before they are spotted by it with say a buffer of 1km or so, if they are farther away from the front then that they have no say in anything you do as the usless borderlicking BB snipers are usually those that have enough time on their hands to write "clever" stuff in chat...

    Well developement in cvs as ships basically has 3 steps: 1.Initial designs with biplanes and limited real combat use 2.Inclusion of internal assembly and armament hangars, lifts and catapults 3.Nuclear power plants Everything else is either aviation developement (planes, tactics) or weapon system (guns, bombs, missiles, radars) developement...

    Yes some of the modules are poorly executed but in general from a gameplay POW having a straight up buff is a poor design you get the resources (modules, high point captains) and you are straight up in advantage over a guy that doesnt have them EVERY SINGLE TIME and IN EVERY ASPECT if you have the same ship ofc, you didnt "bulid" your ship to a specific role/playstyle you straight up BUFFED it... The fact we basically have few "no brainer" module and skill builds for ship classes is a proof in itself... As you said why would not pick CE or who woud take TASM over CSM and for what?

    You can do it actually doing 100k in a T6 BB or even a cruiser is not that hard in general, doing meaningfull 100k damage is another thing entirely though...

    No they shouldnt really its like saying Warspite shoud be there as well, just becouse they were afloat at the (nearly) same time does not make them equal and even that is a strech... Bismarck is a pre WW2 design despite the fact of the comissioning date, it has more in common with Warspite then with Iowa or even N.Cal and Yamato is a completely different ballgame and not just in game due to the shear size, to put it in a perspective IRL Bismarck would stand litteraly no chance in a 1vs1 battle against an Iowa class, she outruns him, outguns him and outreaches him as well as having observation and targeting radars and superior gun fire control in place as well, no pun intended its just a fact of life as she is a product of the technological rapid developement and realisations that were observed in the real WW2 battle circumstaces that were poured into her design... Its not just Bismarck either, Littorio and Richelieu classes have the same problem with Vanguard beeing somewhere in between worlds battleships phylosophy changed drastically during WW2 and ultimatly led to their demise as a weapon platform worlwide

    @OP pravo tako I d like them in game, maybe make the guns 139mm so they can benefit from BFT and AFT and consumable wise... IDK MBRB and TRB exchengable at slot 3 if they remain in purposed tiers, creeping smoke gen slot 2 and DWT so they are not OP against other DDs

    The point is - you dont really have a noticable tradeoffs with the captain skills and same goes for many of the modules they are bacically all pure buffs (and in past many skills had to be changed becouse if that) its a bad design and ripe for a rework IMHO, also we need skills that change stats on ALL ships not only on some and also have trade offs so you pay for taking them... For instance: Super Intendant - +2 consumables but cooldown increases 50% Survivability expert - increase HP 20% but reduce max ship speed 20% Preventivr maintenance - reduce chance of module damage to 1/3 but slow down turret rotation and rudder crap Etc Then there would be no "no brainer" skill builds like today
