Dont know about Z but Kleber is just fine, did a game yesterday, two caps, dead khaba and win in presence of a Colbet, stalin, mino and a T10 CV, if you go full stealth you can cap if needbe (if you know your way around the radars) and its very hard to hit that thing when its going full throttle... Kleber is a fun ship

Well I dont think its collection stuff in general as we have the HSF collection dropping from daylies as ever, I guess they wanted this both harder to collect and more time gated, possibly even more becouse of that strange range bug upon the Sansonetti perk activation...

Main issue here is the RM line is basically opposite from what is considered a "nominal cruiser" and its playstyle, in essence what an average cruiser play is - start as many (sticky) fires as you can in a burst on enemy BB(s) (which are easyest to hit from distance, have most hp and there are more of them then any other ship type in an average MM) and swich target and/or go dark and let the fire burn so you get your damage ideally without getting shot up too much by the said BB(s) in the process... Now the italian line dosent get the "free damage" of fire, you have to shoot all the time if you want it...

Nothing can help zep unless they rework it from scratch... You cant buff DBs with accuracy couse they become OP, you cant add speed to planes couse its OP, cant add hp to planes couse it becomes op, cant make TBs aim faster couse they become OP

And this response sums up nicely what is wrong with most CCs and why WG is "not listening to them" (and its not only CCs either but many other people as well) that come forward with statements like "muh HE (other things can be substituted here) overpowered, needs a summary nerf" (which in itself is not neccesarily untrue in many a case) but when a ship or a line that doesnt have a said trait comes out (in this case HE aka fire damage) its crap, I mean lets talk about hypocricy here that people mostly abusing the "broken ships" are CCs slash spokesmen but when you point it out to them its usually "muh I only do it to point out how its broken" response... I call BS on this, they do it becouse they enjoy abusing it and ripping "the pleb" a new one esp if they had the chance to ST the said ship so they already got the feel for it long before most players could even look at the stats let alone play them... Not all CCs are like that but many are and quite frankly there oppinion is worth as well becouse of it, if you want to point out something is broken you make a vid about it and publish it, you dont take it out every day for 20 matches for that...

IMHO the T4 CV issue is so prevalent that its best not to play any ship below T6 at the moment, of you are (re)grinding some lines just use freexp or do it in coop...

Well RM cruisers are different, as you dont start fires (unless sec which is meme in itself although the 6.3km of venezias base sec range might make for some decent meme builds in time) and only DOT you have is flooding sou cant really afford to disingage, you have to fire constantly, they play like a bb basically, if you want damage fire as soon as your guns are loaded...

No I expect not, as the flakes are tied to playing a battle on a said ship, that RC container was likely one off, but as things stand now (what was announced) seems you will want to play primarily T8/9 ships for steel and T7 for coal, it remains to be seem what will those T10 crates have inside though...

This actually makes sense as I also shut off User Music in game when that crap started to happen, its possible there are issues with it...

Anybody else having issues with game crashing constantly this morning? By crashing I mean dumping me to desktop without any kind of error message or anything similar... I checked my hardware and all seems fine...

Well seems random as for me it was that one day and it returned back to normal, didnt have much issues since then...
