Well... Enterprise is so strong they could just as well made it T10... Kaga is a torp and bomb spamming, plane spawning DOT machine that basically doesnt care about losses and just keeps sending wave after wave of planes untill the target is dead... Saipan has T10 planes, yes squads are smaller bit its still T10 planes... Shokak has the sweetspot of DB accuracy vs speed and can cit anything as well as having great torps... Meanwhile when you play a T8 you get XP bonuses for damaging higher tier and there are usually other T8 ships you can nuke in the match

Many ships have smoke and hydro combo but yes hydro is handy as well

Edinburg is T8 and depending on the MM I might agree BUT Belfast smoke&radar combo is something only one other ship in game has (Black) and there is a reason for that, ie a Belf (or even a Black) is consumable wise a two ship division...

Well I like all of those cruisers and have them all as well, it all depends what kind of playstyle with a cruiser you prefer... If you want long range BBq fiesta get Lazo, if you want mid range BBq fiesta get Atago, if you want to boost winrate get Wichita, Atlanta or Indy and exterminate the little red pests so your pests can derp the red team, if you just want to go out and ruin someones day while harvesting salt in the process get Perth or Flint or Smolensk and build for max fire chance...

He wouldnt, there are ships that when used properly or to say it bluntly when you use and abuse their strengths vs the enemy basically carry your WR up... Belfast is a good example - she is a dedicated DD killer, there is basically nothing a DD can do against her except run away if there is enough time to do so, as she has radar and smoke that allow her to go in cap smoke up and fire away unseen and her radar lasts long enough for her to kill any DD in said cap, heck even two of them, she has hydro so no torp surprise either and her 6" guns are still strong enough to hurt most MM ships when using IFHE so she is not dangerous only to DDs but to everything else... This is a ship that can boost your WR and that is a clear sign of an OP ship, that is exactly why it was removed

I dont want us to be on bad terms m8, the DZP is a beautiful ship, I would like her in game and maybe even at T9 to be together with Friesland BUT in order to cut it there she would need a ROF of at least 15 RPM that can be boosted further with the module, CE and other soft stat stuff is all nice and fine but in this game it simply does not cut it dont get me wrong the ship would still be playable but she would be the underdog like Huanghe or Yahagi very challenging to do well in and hardly a first or even second choice to take out, and that would be both a pity and rub off badly on future projects...

Enemy team was even worse then that in which case its likely they had 4 or more blokes doing nothing and that is depressive
