Yes, I agree - the stage rewards are tokens and in stage 3 Gorizia - ok fair enough, but no reason the individual task rewards had to be this pathetic, yes we get some freebies on the way when PR is being built as collateral but still no reason for this campaigns of old gave more loot...

I am not gonna BUY her as I have no intention of spending 200€ on a single ship, no ship is worth that... Even the 24k gold I spent on boosters is way 2 expensive of a contribution anyhow IMO BUT when you take a careful look - this event is not that different from the Benham event... Actually its considerably less of a coc** up then Benham grind was IMHO as you have some margin in choosing when to do tasks and they do not involve a special game mode you may or may not like, also most tokens come from the directives so the daily missions chunk is less pronounced in the lot hence less imperative you get all then it was the case for the Benham event IIRC. Funnily enough the Benham didnt generate nearly as much of a sh**storm as this has, and the real question here is why? Answer is simple - this is a T10 ship with all the impact this has for CW and Ranked use as well as psychological factor of top tier, so while Benham is very strong but only a T9 hardly anyone considered her grind and following rarity much of an issue and it somehow slipped under the radar for the most part, basically only DD mains that missed it are salty about it since summer and with PR total sh**storm...

Alaska is probably better value and maybe better tier for tier then PR but better overall - that remains to be seen, because of the inductive way ballistics are calculated in this game 12 guns nearly always beats 9 guns in number of hits, badly beats them and esp in number of "critical" hits (cits and such) if they are roughly the same caliber and dispersion and your aim is true...

For me they are not, tried a small batch and the free ones, no steel SC dropped so it must have been cut down severely, as most T5-7 premiums are worthless trash nowadays (powercrept to oblivion) and most T8 are only worth it in case of more Christmas/Anniversary type prizes its a no go for Crate hogging this year for me....

Well I guess RN heavy cruisers early access is due either next patch or one after that + the Chinese new year event with that Pan-Asian BB that is in the works as the center point... Now since that thing IIRC is T9 it might be the Jean Bart replacement for FreeXP/Coal and in shop...

You dont have to be esp good to finish those directives, unlike the tasks in campaigns of old where there could be some really nasty things inside that required skill these - do not, only being persistent... OFC if you are good it will go faster but you will make it even if bone average a player...
