Goŕizia is a nice cruiser IMHO, feels manouverable even with not so great rudder shift and kites pretty well for a T7, ofc the SAP and lack of torps has its downsides when dealing with pushing BBs but most T7 cruisers will have a hard time dealing with them anyhow...

Well mechanic aside showcased match is not especially impressive damage wise though...

Dont worry this thing will be buffed eventually probabbly to slighty below or even to the ST specs...

Best way is to make one of your BBs do that and hope he annoys the cv enogh to waste next 5 min turning him to slag...

No no you misunderstood me, I didnt mean people that cant play at CB every time or even as regulars, I cant always participate either, most people with jobs and family cant always be around anyhow, what I meant was guys that stay in clans and take up member slots while they themselves have not logged in the game for months at a time... In the meanwhile clan cant field a 8 player team for instance as from 50-ish people maybe 20 acctually play somewhat regurarly and for forementioned reasons half of them are not awailable at a given moment... Its something I noticed in clans I have been a member of and from talking with people as well

Ok for different tasks you need different ships... For kills a fast DD with lots of normal (not deep water) torps like 4 or 5 per rack are best as you can go in and instakill a dd bot coming in and then another one, ideally a dd with torp reload booster if silver dds are must shiratsuyu is imo best for that

Your only issues with a ijn torp dd are cvs and gunboat dds that can overtake you and gun you down... As for the BBs zig zaging I suggest you try out faster shorter ranged fish with better concealment and not swich to and from the guns at all (keep the torps selected all the time unless you really need to shoot the guns) so they dont get the PT warning...

Stalin and Moskva are more different then alike IMHO, one is a CC relying on catching broadsides of CAs and BBs with heavy AP rounds only swiching to HE when there is nothing better to do and other one a typical heavy cruiser relying more on HE and fire damage and only using AP when presented with a perfect opportunity to strike some quick citadels... As for PR she doesnt have Stalins shell speed and range and she doesnt have Yoshinos super HE either so using her for sniping is IMO a waste, in a more stationary situation sure she can do it in a pinch but basing her on that is a waste of potential, she is hard to citadel and has thick plate on extremities making her good roaming hunter killer that unloads 12 shells in an unsuspecting foe and then kites away or presses the advsntage depending on circumstances, now how she will fare in CB remains to be seen but for Randoms she is great...

Stalin is the correct pick as the first steel ship to get if cb are a concern, most cw so far were 1bb only usually occupied by Yamato sniper with rest of slots divided between cas and dds, as the somers doesnt provide any extra feature compared to silver dds its less accute to have one for the lineup then a semi bb that stalin is...

If one plays her as long range sniper one will strugle as the slow shells give the target extra reaction time, after few (unsatisfactory) rounds with range module I swapped it for reload module and went down the flank as hunter killer with devastating results...

We couldnt find 12 players, nearly got there but still one short... As for clan sizes and related... Leader (clan commander/owner) of the clan decides what kind of clan he/she wants and hence what kind of players they invite and retain... IE if one wants a competitive clan (ie to field teams for different events on regular basis, it doesnt imply they need to chase the kots title at the next tournament) and you have say - a bunch of people that are not interested in the game (anymore) you talk to them and if you want to stay friendly have them move in a subsidiary casual clan or if not just kick them out AND RECRUIT NEW PLAYERS THAT ARE INTERESTED IN GAME instead of keeping them around for "old times sake" although they play once every blue moon, its something I tend to observe quite a lot of late... Additionally we in EU due to our historic dis-cohesion and other factors (such as language differences etc) are in a harder spot to form big non national/regional clans then US, RU or SEA regions and hence will ever be "more clans with less members"

Beijie wont be OP, accurate guns are a double edged sword in this game, the up side is ofc - the shells go where you send them, downside is - well the shells go where you send them... If you decide to send them short of target or overshoot/miss lead well it no Rngesus comes to help with the outlying shell citadel...

I am not in France and have same issue as several other Croatian users as well and I use Telecom link and its pretty decent connection and apart from one ISP mandatory restart every 24h does not brake, ever...
