Well in all honesty as the game sits now you need to grind 1 BB line (russian) and 2 cruiser lines (us or russian and german or japanese) and one dd line (japanese gunboats or us) up to T10 (and keep T5+ for rank sprints) and you are set up for anything you really need to do in game, everything else you need/want (from a gameplay experience perspective) you can get as reward ships on the way...

In all honesty I just gave up playing the RM for now, I regrinded the line for RB double bonus last couple of weeks and its just 2 much work for the XP they yield, starting some fires is far easier way to farm damage and the radar is way better option to carry by dominating caps and killing dds...

Take a 16" armed BB, honestly, you will get a much better mileage from it in the long run, Massa is a good choice

Yep and Raptor bugs out much more often, I NEVER had a Narai (ok I dont farm it that much nowadays) bugout (I know it does ovcasionally) and I had to push Raptor in the zone with my good ol spite at more then one occasion for it to finish...

Its not anymore, new IFHE and armor shemes that are coming soon will make most 380 guns obsolete unless you are top tier which you wont be that often in a T8 BB, JB and Burgogne will still be able to make good use with their MBRB and Alsace might cope somewhat due to 12 guns and beeing Top tier often due to MM but Richie and Gascan are history, germans and brits as well same as Roma

Dude a radar cruiser can annihalate a dd in seconds, yesterday I vaporised a Shima (from full HP) that had the misfortune of beeing left 1on1 vs my Desmo after I killed his escorting Wooster and Hindiy he lived like a minute and even that just becouse I had to cap and circle in cover so I can heal outside of his BB snipers LOS, as soon as I came out it was game over for him in 20s flat

Ops are going away for good soon, weather we like it or not, WG clearly set the mood there when they announced they will be "looking into them" a while back (thats the management talk for its costing us money we can cut) and the campaigns will probbably follow them shortly afterwars with Halsey and Yammamoto going in the atmory for coal as well as Shinonome that will prob go in for RP, I hope I am wrong but IMO it all points into that direction... WG is clearly profiling WOWS twards pure PvP play with maybe some low AI bots for wery basic of training purposes if even that survives
