Well Furst is fairly decent in mid range after the buff and secs offer some additional umph from time to time, I use it quite a lot in this Ranked as it can tank more then Montana or Burgogne, I use dispersion module in slot 3 and mbm3 in slot 6 and 406 guns, ofc she has some drawbacks as well mainly bad gun angels

Mhm, except that for angling against a surface ship you dont have give up on your main battery range/reload/turning, your HP, your fire resistance or consumables, your torp reloaf or speed or whatnot, its completely passive counterply from module/skill investement perspective so partial immunity is a good enough of a result while to build for AA you need to give up on many of those and you still often get nothing in return as that Haku divebomber drop can still oneshot you out back to port

Ehm number of planes you kill in the process of dying is hardly relevant, ok time wasted on you is BUT a CV can waste just as much time (if not more) looking for a stealthy Shima all around the map, Fries (and some other dds) can ofc be a nuisance but hardly relevant and that goes double for Fries that foesnt have torps, you have to give up SOME primary skills and modules to get that AA build and you will take them away from guns (your only weapon), stealth (not soo good in the first place) or HP/utility, I guess AA oriented purely supportivd build can be somewhat effective in dibidions but in general? As your primary build? Really? Besides roket planes and torps will still vome through, even you downing say 8 planes in exchange for 5-6 k damage per run doesnt mean anything really as planes regen and your team wont get a new DD... I mean I get the "giggles" part, really do but still

Dodging some incoming shots doesnt mean you will not die as a DD in the end though

No, because there is no way to prevent a strike coming through even if you built a full AA spec ship meaning you gimped yourself in many other areas already, thats just bad design
