The 10s radar wont stick, esp if they dont remove the delay before your team can see the thing you are radaring, CAs can fire one or maybe two salvoes in that time, in the meanwhile Desmo can fire 10 salvoes during her radar... No way that makes it to live server

IMHO choosing IFHE is now an option for SOME ships, mainly those cruisers that have decent alpha on he shells, decent dpm and either fairly high or fairly low fire chance, before it was basically mandatory on all CLs and many DDs..

Ok to be fair that is not really true, they listen to feedback (as in act on it) much more then most other big gaming companies, OFC some mind numbing is bound to happen from time to time and they do seem to be overrun by bean counters of late but that is not uncommon for any business after it grows past a certain point, some say that some other in house titles were a flop so those games doing well still are mounted double to pull the slack so that might make it even more acute then usual...

A ship that really existed and even more so if it still exists as a museum ship has a great collector value ergo is a good port queen to have even if game play wise its trash, unlike say a napkin drawing that only has value as a play ship, whats the point in having something in port if its bad to play and never existed in the first place, right? However shelling out 2 mil free xp for a ship that you might end up playing less then the silver line sister ship is well questionable...

Well its a free respec, respec all captains on all ships and the entire reserve, then take one ship and cap that is representative of the class and tier and play around with them for 10 matches or so, look at the new pen values and fire chance values of shells, think of what you usually shoot with those ships, and what you want to be able to hurt with raw damage and what with fires etc and spec accordingly its not nuclear physics...

Pre access ships are in reward ship status while pre-access, you only need one or two caps for all of them
