IDK what to think of CVs in 5 vs 5 TBH, I played Auda today in 3 CB matches and in each I first eliminated the enemy DD by fire and spotting and after that obliterated their cruisers one after the other... We wiped the floor with the enemy teams, their CVs were utterly useless though, I mean I am not that good but Jesus...

That actually has no sense at all, there are literally countless games out there people can play at their leisure fact they now have time and came to the ships means they are interested in those at least casually or they are trying them out for the first time otherwise they would simply play something else and not be in WOWS

CV spawns as well, had our CV spawned at B2 on the mountain range and rest of us had the south spawn, their CV ofc was at corresponding location next to us... I did find it sort of silly and entertaining although the fact CV is a must have is not so nice

Well Tallin still doesnt have fast reloading guns what is it 12-13s? There is a world of difference between 12-13s and 5-6 reload even if the latter has weaker shells, we just need to look at ships like Smolensk and what happens when MBRB is used...

Depends, doing damage might be irrelevant if the ship is not good at the role its supposed to perform... For instance Khaba is a good damage dealer but a bad DD and hardly anyone plays it as a DD

Well all asked for more balance right, now we get mostly trash (Mainz actually being decent) but we will get really "BALANZED" ships in like 2 month or so couse they cant take any chances with those... I am skipping Odin as well though (unless they buff it before release) I mean Furst secs at T8 are all nice and fine but that HP in T10 MM? No, just no... I might consider Borodino depending on the way she ends up though

Ok tried her in random she is ok but as with all T8 cruisers without heal - one lucky salvo from a BB and you are done for, you will survive but crippled beyond hope

Well I looked at wiki specs and descriptions of the ship seems she doesnt have QUITE the CA armor (that Tallin might or might not sport) but the reload is insane... Low alpha on HE shells is the "fun police" though She has as much range as any T8 cruiser can offer? At least without spotter...

IDK she looks like a monster on paper? Heavy cruiser armor and 6 s reload on 12 6" guns, put Lutiens on and you will have Iron strike in no time making reload with some AR close to 5 s and that is not a joke with any 6" gun let alone the German "pen em all"

I think you can be sure you need to actually have her in port at the day patch hits to have her as the reward ship otherwise its coal purchase for you

Yeah less and less effort put in the special events of any kind, not that I esp liked space battles as such but at least it was different and effort was put in it, maybe we get something better during the summer

Smoke cruisers (UK CL line) esp if they come with HE option (Smolensk, Kutuzov, Perth, London) and long range kiting/spam ships such as the RU CL (soon to be complete CL) and French lines, IJN as well to a degree (high tiers) and DD gunboats (french line, ru line, IJN gunboat line), some BBs that can be hard to kill (Ohio, Kremlin) or are esp good at hit n run (T8+ RN, Iowa/Misouri, Roma etc) due to good stealth
