Kremlin is most definetly not balanced but her acurracy is not the issue in itself, the issue is the fact she has decent accuracy on cruiser deck overmatching guns and that makes a big difference as you basically cant angle against her (in most cruisers) so you have literally 0 cunterplay when close by and she still can murder you if within mid range... As for vulnerable broadside, yeah joke of the century, never stops amaizing me how someone can stay serious saying that in relation of a ship that can sit full broadside to a Burgogne at 14 km and shatter the entire salvo... -
Honestly given that the sub arrival is looming on the horizon and will likely be a sh**show of epic proportions I am not really sure you want to spend money on this game at the moment, even if the game doesnt die off due to that BS you are likely in for several months of total unbalanced cr*p so you might reconsider investing in it... If you really want to farm cash get yourself a T9 freemum such as Alaska, if you dont have that option Massatchuasets is likely easiest to do good damage in and if that is 2 expensive a proposition Sharnhorst is not bad, T6 premiums migh be interesting for ops farming and that is usually cruiser territory with something like Perth, Molotov or Aosta beeing decent picks

It states at the bottom "same rulea are applied to Kirov and Kotowsky" and since Kirov doesnt even have a permacamo it can only mean its about the ship itself

@Tanatoy So did I get this right - if we have Moskva (and Kirov) reaserched but not bought (or we had them but sold them) we still get Moskva and Kirov in their premium form (even though the ships are not currently in port) but the new T5 and T10 are not reaserched so we have to play T4 and T9 respectively to unlock them? Another question - if we dont have standard permacamo on Moskva she gets it (obviously) when she becomes premium also retaining all other permanent camos she might have, I get this part but if we DO have Moskva permacamo do we get a free pernacamo for Nevsky or not (standard one not space etc) or doubloons or nothing?

Well we shall see soon I guess but keep in mind that they need the class to be popular and rewarding to play so there are only few alleys they can go to make thus happen if they make them as fragile as you suppose they will be.. 1. Torp damage completley bonkers meaning you basically one shoot everything when you hit it, ie meaning good players capable of evading danger for at least some time demolish everything else on map... This would make them have huge skillgap from the bat and soon only the good players play them (sound familiar) so a dead class meaning - no sales... Unlikely... 2. XP credit modifiers are insane so even few k damage done make good creds an xp, masses are plinking away but class has low impact and carry potential meaning most will give it up for serius playing and only those not giving a ff about WR or results take them out... Those people are unlikely to spend a dime on anything in game let alone a sub... Unlikely... 3. They are nigh impossible to detect and counter while submerged but vulnerable when attacking, again skillgap issues as an subpar potato will be dead in 3 min and they get frustrated, some might spend some cash initially but soon the class is dead meaning no - sales so again... Unlikely... WG needs the class to be popular so people spend on it (both time and money) that neccesitates its reasonably easy to play and has reasonable return in all categories (WR, XP, silver) now which class we have in game does it sound like the most to you? Is it easy to kill? I am not against addung subs becausr of sone musbigotten principle, I am against it because I know from bitter experience how pushing for popularity of new additions in this game worked in past and hence can vividly imagine what awaits us, not even getting into bugs due to changes in very way maps are structured etc...

And you seruisly belive that dropping few shells in general vincinity of the sub will kill it while submereged? And that this will make it to live server? Really? As for depthcharging I see you missed the replays how homing torps oneshoot a dd from 5km away

You sure about that? Some said you can neutralise CV easy just press a button so we needed a rework of those becouse they were uncounterable and after rework they are still quite uncounterable... Year 2022 year of the Sub rework anyone?

Had it a while back and just as it appeared it went away might be some mod related thing as I was tryibg out some modstation stuff about then but who knows, rudder worked nornally but indicator got stuck in extreme position

Oh but I will call them what they are because self centered "I can do what I want but other people need to look out for me" is exactly that, if you are in a massive battle and you are changing your course radically look around which teamates might be engaging the enemy you are turning twards, we are not arguing DD in a knife fight getting torped by a friendly from second line 5km away here, long range fish can hit stuff at the other side of the map that was miles off and/or sailing an opposite directin when they were launched... Most friendly torp accidents are the torpers fault ofc but not all

No problem I will tell you how, he will vaporise you, pretty much every time esp in T8 its an issue as most cruisers dont have heal, there was a CB season a while back and Kievs due to insane speed and heal wrecked most cruisers left right and center, we were able to counter them to a degree by using Bayard that has speed and reload bursts awailable at wull but barely

Well I had Mogador turn and run into Shima 12km ones before they impacted and I was closer to the target then he was, but yeah I get your notion and as a rule of thumb you are right ofc

IMO it should stay as it is (broadly) tinckering with base machanics (or removing it) at this point in game life would make for 2 much of a mess and work rebalancing and re-inventing ships not to mention reimbursing premium issues... Radar can be balanced somewhat by existing methods of changing range and duration... For instance make 3 radar levels say: 1. 15 km range,10-12s duration, no detection delay, many base charges with short reload - shows where the enemy is but unless several coordinated ships use it in sequence largely useless for aiming at all but the stationary targets 2. 10/12km range as they are now with delay and all 3. 7,5km radar that lasts like a minute or so for some dds and cruisers allowing extra ship detection range (mostly usable when clearing smokes or fighting from smoke) compared to hydro but at a cost of not detecting torps that hydro provides

You have a point there BUT I voiced my take on the rising number of deck overmatching BBs even before the acceleration nerf IMO Henry needs 32mm deck and skirts as she doesnt have a proper belt and not getting citted means little if say Kreml shaves off 30k in a single salvo you cant do much if anything about...

Ofc you are but presenting your oppinion as the prevailing one in the playerbase is very presumptous or did you make a comprehensive poll to prove most players want them added? You want them in game, I dont, you will advocate for them to be added ASAP and I will advocate they are binned, we can both express our oppinion freely, arent forums a wonderfoul invention...

CV needs a team as well, doesnt mean its not broken AF which I suspect will be more then obvious after this CB season (since it seems the evidence of said awailable so far is not enough) and when the oh so joyfoul xp of AP rockets arrives tigether with the untouchable subs - oh boi... There is simply NO WAY to introduce the subs in the game that will not be game breaking
