CC shouldnt get ships at all unless they are ST as well, at least not on regular basis, at least not until the ship is finished and is ready to go public, then they can have a 2 week or similar period in which they get it in advance and can make vids and comments, this what they can and cant talk about mess will just generate more confusion... I remember Flamu rant for half an hour at the devblog post about the VMF cruiser batch, DEV BLOG POST ffs, about future content not even added let alone finalised... I mean I get their perspective, drama gets clicks and those pay bills but cmon

I dont use RL on cruisers IMHO its pointles in both defensive and offensive way as the former is not an issue (cruisers usually turn fast enoug to dodge) and latter is pointless as most DDs wil outrun most cruisers and all DDs will outspot you so utility is rare indeed, plus I usually need points for other stuff... That said Mino beeing AP only and with good concealment might be a valid exception to that as you might have free points BTW IIRC my Mino is PT+PM-AR+SSE-SI+BFT+SE-CE

1. It is true, after the RU cruisers already in testing CCs will have DND on other premiums 2. You can see all the current testing ships stats (on live server which are the only ones that should even interest you as all those that are not yet on live are WIP to the max anyhow) with the "extended tree" mode from modstation, at least most stats as you cant see the consumables... 3. Odin and Aegir nerfs have less to do with some "secret agenda" vs other nations then with the fact WG doesnt really know what to to with them...

Cant say I noticed however I do run PM on most ships and the MAM1 as well...

Not gona happeb the 32mm overmatch on T9 never should have happened, Musa should have been T10 with tweaked stats (long secs or something) to make it different from Yama and not be put in T9 as that is simply ridiculous, just imagine putting say Sinop in T5 thats about it...

You sure the Lion was not part of the original KG V class proposals, IIRC the 14" design was in fact product if treaty shenanigans and the original design was in fact the one with large guns, but not important anyeay the fact is there are numerous examples in lines of "skipping" so no need for continuity there ^^

That they do but a techincal issue can (and in fact should be) worked at parralel to the gameplay issues, however we all know what WG focus is and well...

Ashitaka is not bad, esp as she should have gotten the smal armor buff with the rest of the T7 BBy recently, she is fast and 10 16 inch guns are hard to ignore...

The solution is simple... 1. All new players get protected MM for first few hundred battles primarily facing off only against each other if they enter Randoms, MM tries to make a match like that for say 3 or so minutes and only then sends them in genpop match (so thex can still get in match if not enough of new players are in queue) 2. A proper learning campaign is introduced featuring stages and tasks for each class relevant to playing the game for instance tank x amount of damage in a battle, score y amount if toro hits, hit z amount of cits and tasks are not reapeatable they are doable in PvP only and final prize is say a T7 premium container, stage prizes can be sone coal, free xo, elite cap xp etc.. That would give incentive to learn basic stuff before joining the genpop, some are not interested in learning anything and nothing will sway them...

Why would we mind? AFAIK for instance in the very RN line what is in game as Lion was in fact an earlier design then actual KGV that was built...

Probably not enough clans in higher leagues yet... Seems the CV situation is rather limiting to many clans, in mine for instance only two of us have T10 CVs ready to field (others abandoned them it seems) me seemingly being better with Haku so I get the CV duty in CB, however I was working two of the last 4 CB days so A Team didnt play ergo we stagnate in general progression... Also I guess many smaller clans that have no CVs (or really bad ones) get stomped 2 often to progress, maybe even lose interest... I noticed the other day when we were warming up with B Team that was still in Sqall no cĺan we met had a CV and even in Gale matchess luke one in three, so CVs seem to be the limiting factor...

IDK ablut WOT as it never clicked with me but WOWS doesnt have HP issue in low tiers (or any tier for that matter) as such, there are some really fragile ships around that stand out in that regard but in general you are not likely to be annihalated by a single (or several actually) shell or even salvo if you apply apropriate damage mitigating tactics (angling, kiting, smoke, islands etc) you will only encurage forming of bad habits by making people not pay for their mistakes...

Date of the design is not relevant there are instances of ships being designed/completed after their follow ups in tree, the stats of the ship/design are relevant

Grog is 50/50 mix though AFAIK with honey or shugar added, is bloody good when its cold though esp with white rum...
