You can let them burn if you are in cover and not taking more damage of any kind and if you are full or nigh full hp, that however is not the case "most of the time" now is it... 3 fires will take what 40-60% of your HP depending on the build you have some 10-20% of HP you will lose from splash damage of the Thunderer shells that lit them, so its gonna be close call every time you let them burn like that, and thats if (and I stress IF) you can get in cover and unspotted which is not something entirely dependent of your actions alone, unless you intend to be 20 km away the whole fight that is... Again I am not arguing that fire mechanic should go as such but some ships are just ridiculous due to insane fire chance compared to their shell output or just on individual shells but at least their He alpha is smaller and creates less acute situation but the brit BB line is simply demented esp the high tiers

You can manage all you want as you can get hit and lit on fire after 30s and you can hardly let 3 fire burn out 2 times in a row can you... Number of ships? This is ONE ship, and yes she is enough to burn down any BB given time, not that she is the only one mind you... Well most people run full FP builds on high tier BBs, unless is a sec build in which they might omit BOS and just take FP + module... Seems most people (not to be rude and say none) are not good enough, that might you know mean the ship is broken and should be you know - fixed or removed... Right? I am not the one that opened the topic but the adapt and overcome and git gud bs really doesnt cut it here as your only determining factor here is RNG as in will you get lit up with 3 fires in a row or with 1 or 2 you can let burn while running away, ofc maintaining the angle from HE spam will help by not getting hit on the part of the ship that is behind superstructure but 2 fires are still enough, I burned down more then my share of ships to know how effective it can be...

Well CCs are human as well, some have bad day some are just not nice people, I met few of them and never had issues, ie I vaporised Flambass several times and got blapped several times by him in return never had issues with him, now IDK who uses that account at this time but they might be of a nasty disposition, salty or whatnot, we are all human after all, you shoud report the chat abuse if you feel inclined and let the support deal with it

Mid tiers are balanced only for BBs TBH... Cruisers at mid tiers suffer badly due to lack of BB shell bouncing plate (lets not forget there are 16" guns as low as T6 nowadays) and lack of heal every mistake is a petmanent one and due to overmatch you dont even have to make one to get blapped... Also since many lines dont get their nations flavour (radar, thick plate etc) they are rather gimped... DDs also suffer because they cant slot the concealment module, yes thry still outspot tje BBs and cruisers but due to usually low torp range in comparison to the spotting distance and overall mediore gun options the DDs are rather hard to shine there esp with CVs around CVs of T6 are much less powerful then their T8+ cousins and face more AA then those of T4 but that AA us mostly situated on BBs only couple of cruisers can even hope to defens thenselves so the mid tier CVs cam just cr*p on DDs and cruisers and avoid BBs until they are softened by the HE spam afrer which its farming time...

Well I guess people are increasingly irritable due to the lockdowns and stuff so well, f** it, we should all cut some slack to each other...

There are no balanced tiers at all save maybe those none really play, these being T1&2 and even there its questonable if they are balanced or simply so irelevant nobody cares...
