Each completed level gives you a certain prize, you get the level 18 prize for free, you DO NOT get level 19 prize for free as the construction doesnt reach that high, simple as that

Well potato level is reaching new depths esp in high tiers, 6-ish km of spotting range is perfectly fine esp if you have radar to find the sucker spotting you, granted in true competitive setting where organised and instant focus upon spot is a thing it is a bit different but for randoms and even ranked its servicable

Aside from your other arguments that are valid concerns but spotting of all things is not done from smoke and even for capping its basically only useful for capping in presence of a cv as smoke is just to nice a target for dumping bunch of fish into it by the red dds...

Donkey is no chore BUT you need to build her with rudder in slot 5 and wiggle, dont go for IFHE just use fire starting to torment BBs and your native pen can handle cruisers...

They should just lower tbe entire ship in the water to Kremlin levels to actually simulate full load, same might be the case for some of the other BBs in game

Old wows specific launcjer before WGC was a thing, after WGC came to be some people had speed issues with it or simply didnt like it so they stuck with tbe old dedicated launcher, alrhough I guess you can still launch exe "manually" directly from the folder
