@OP I wont have one for at least couple of weeks (depending on my luck with crates) but judging from the specs I can see in port and my experience with other cruisers I expect no issues... Rudder module in slot 5 and engine module in slot 4 should be enough to make her nimble enough with still some decent juking potential and judging by the Donkey and Bargation guns I should have no issue plastering apropriate targets with them

There is not a single BB (as of yet) in Smolensks MM spread that she can pen any part of other then superstructure, IFHE or not as she doesnt cross the 32 mm threshold...

People just love to statpad by sealclubbing its so simple and CVs give them one of the best tolls to do so, so they use them

Well 0.9.6 or 0.9.5 doesnt really matter as it definetly should not be now and I dont have any of the mods installed now (like the extended tree mode for instance) installed so any possible interference there should be non existant... Really puzzling

Well I got myself the Bagration, that ship I just had to pick up. from her mission I will get 210 tokens, those should guarantee Mikoyan and when I play her mission and take crates probably Tallin camo as well, more then that is up to the lady luck, I am not spending more on this event...

Doubtful, Smaland in additon to (still) actually existing at least has some interesting features in form of consumables, Hayate not so much... IMO the IJN DDs are a mess and completely chaotic... It would IMHO be much more sensible that gunboat line starts with Akizuki at T8 and torp line be (from T5) - Minekaze, Hatchuharu, Shiratsuyu, Kagero, Yugumo and Hayate and Shima should be a T10 premium for coal/freexp This way as it is - you have a better torp boat (Shira) with TRB in gunboat line... Then you have 2 rack + TRB in T7 (again wrong side of tree) T8 AND T9 but the T 6, 7 (akatsuki) and 10 are 3 rack without TRB... Total bl**dy mess

Have both, they have "Amurican Piercing" shells with improved angles but SHS AP is Balti and above in silver line only (for cruisers) however the standard shells are faster the SHS and easier to hit with
