Well I was rather undecided overall BUT I think I will start with Nelson (humongous guns and superheal) and Surrey (decent guns and only T7 heavy cruiser with the heal) and have my trusty Sharnhorst as a backup as well as Sinop in case I get "Sinoped" 2 much... Also I might use the opportunity to regrind through the Gadjah but that depends on how it will look and where I am ATM In case it devolves into the DD (torpspam) fiesta Belfast, Atlanta and Haida will be dusted off

Yeah I think that was added even before the last one, what was definetly "added" in the last one however is the fact you cant see the specs of the "Soon" ships by using the "All ships in tree" mode so they have an overall downvote from me because of that little trick

Let it put it mildly - Ranked in its current form has very little to do with ranking YOUR performance, its always degenerates into a grindy sh**show in which your final placing is mostly decided by how much BS you can endure before going ape... Thats why you take a premium, so you can farm as much money/freexp from it, you can even grind/regrind some ships in it at higher tiers (at T7 you will have grinded through it long before the end of season) but premiums with some flags are best choice for farming

I actually tried GKF in few battles over the last two weeks or so and IMHO - alas she is not worth it, almost none of the German BBs is worth it nowadays... If one doesnt have a Sharnhorst, Gneisenau is ok-ish for that BC/BB play style with a bit of mediocre secs sprinkled, Bismarck can kinda still work in a a sec build when top tier but how often is that the case... All the other line German BBs are basically garbage, secs can work on some of them once in a blue moon and thats not the main issue with them its the main guns, yes they got buffed recently but those angles and the shells themselves are rubbish, utter crap compared to every other BB out there... There is absolutely NO reason to grind the KM BB line for anyone these days, far better to focus on RU BB line

Any yet I still claim it, all those above are just to big and clumsy and dont have weapons to back up their size unlike some other nations do, apart from Mass that is just nothing compared to say Mahan let alone something newer and more powerful

Venezia with double rudder is nigh impossible to hit properly as she can turn on a dime, yes she does give up some concealment but that spaced armor is really really good at swallowing shells when angled and only way to really punish her reliably is from full broadside, which is very hard to catch unless you fire from ambush

Well IMHO... T2 is a meme as most in that tier are... The T3 and 4 are reasonable albeit under armed ships... T5 is decent overall although the floaty shells do ruin the overall impression a bit it still behaves as an actuall DD T6 is ruined by its sheer size and clumsiness T7 is ruined by being to weak and poorely armed for its tier T8 is another meme, I have cruises more nimble then this thing T9 is just not strong enough to actually make use of its hydro although its better then T10 T10 well, we dont really need to discus T-52 dont we... https://wows-numbers.com/ship/4179506992,Z-52/

Thats not the point, premium ship gives +50% silver per fight, additionally you have the camo modifiers for XP, repair cost etc, more or less they are the same for prem ships permaflage as they are for silver ships permaflage BUT the additional money is not included in the camo, its baked in the ship itself so say you have 100k profit form a silver ship for some given result, premium will likely have almost twice as much profit as when you take into account more money and less repair cost

Those are obviously anti-cruiser oriented the speed of the shells, 1/6 pen and mediocre HE alpha with slow reload clearly shows that you should just go for 30 mm pen and start fires vs things you cant pen (BBs and CCs) and use AP to demolish broadsides...

Except the small thing that only T10 permacamos actually give income bonuses comparable to T10 reward ships, all other tiers are not even close

IIRC Ohio was nerfed before release because it was deemed to strong with Georgia like gun stats so we ended up with what we have, I was also quite frustrated with her guns until I a) got used to them a bit and b) decided to simply go in closer and well - brawl
