I did about the half of the RU spot/kill in Nevsky while just playing randoms, went to wrap it up this morning in coop mostly using Balancegrad - go twards cap full chaff, when you know enemy DD will be entering your radar range punch it. you get spot ribbon then vaporise it, after that gun down the cruiser and ram another cruiser/bb for a finisher 3-4 ribbons per match ez done in few battles

And thats exactly what we have now as the majority of players in Ranked dont even try for the win they go for the max damage and saving star hoping they will end up on a team that can carry them often enough to progress, thats why you have 3-4 bbs per team of 7 with additon of at least one spamming cruiser...

@OP shell hitting a mountain will not pass thorugh it buddy, I suggest you reead up on construction of citadels (buildings) and naval bases and then you can ponder about why they made thick dirt enbankements and concrete slopes...

Thats because radar lasts for 15 to say 50s and planes can circle you the whole match, also radar in itself is uncapable of doing damage to you, if you are say in cover they can radar you all they want, cant count how many times I was laughing silly behind that little island at north c/d cap and nobody could hit me even while plainly visible and they didnt dare to push so they dont get a face full of torps... On the other hand planes also fly over the hill, spot you and then dump 5-7k volley on you and return again and agian and again... Tweaking was tried, what we have is the result of 18 months of tweaking, WG obviously condidered it tweaked enough since they pushed cvs in CB - seems many dont agree, me included... Part of the reason is fact they are "balanced" for 12 vs 12 and part is the simply broken interaction mechanics... Banning them so far was a bandaid to bleeding wound, offering at least one official game mode without them, something that kept many people in the game enduring at least to a degree the rankeds and randoms so they have proper resources (ships, flags etc) for it, after this... Just ad an exampe, how do you think guys that bought Somers for steel feel? A ship that due to poor AA is basically CB specific wessel... Not a good message right?

Nope, Misu is way more.powerfoul then either of those even after the buffs to the Kii couse she is still more fragile then Missu and Roma has guns that are just 2 trolly and unreliable at most ranges so although i adore my Roma I have to say Missouri beats her hands down...
