Torps are usable against everything but damage per hit is meh... AP rockets are 2 fiddely, they will likely need to improve the pen angles a bit... AP bombs are ok-ish although the dropping mechanism is a bit strange, anyways you need to take "sight stabilisation" and drop from high altitude (as soon as the target elipse constricts to the target size or as good as you will get it) when dropping BBs then they score cits quite easily, for cruisers you can drop from lower down and still have good cit numbers... Much like the Enterprise bombs actually...

They are less suites for anti DD work but its not so bad when you get the muscle memory for torping up to speed, they might do with some general damage or plane HP buff though...

Like really the amount of kill stealing thats going on is ridiculous, like literally the only way to do this is go to coop with a DD and yolorush to kill with torps or your kill is going to be stolen by the as** behind you, maybe he even damages you in return as well

Its not premium its early access... Its not T6 its T4 It dropped from one of the event crates or to be more precise the mission for it dropped and after playing some battles you got it You can sell it next patch

Run a ping, UL/DL speed as such doesnt mean you wont have lag

Its really unlikely anybody starting this game will have the flags, camos and knowledge of what and how to do it to reach a T10 in 30 games...

Some ships (T10) are released OP so people pay their way to them, then when sufficient time has passed and "data collecting" is "over" to deem them OP they get put into line and another thing takes their place...

Odin - very questionable fir most peopl Orkan - mediocre Mikoyan - garbage even by T5 standards Kirov - same as the above, maybe little less so London - utter garbage, had makings of greatnes on paper but somehow it just doesnt add up in reality Ragnarok/ Ignis - esentially a c/p of Amagi so no surprises there really

Not really, its usefoul to know at which general angles you can expect a bounce but they are not as important as HE pen that tells you which ships can be damaged where by them, as for bounce angles - even if you have that Navigator mode showing you the angle between your guns and the target ship axis it still doesnt say much about the angle of the exact piece of plate you will hit with your shell, so "hyper accurate" bounce usage is simply impossible

Russian CL line (one ending in Nevsky) is now a full Kiter line, if you like them French and Japanese cruisers are your logical next step...

Just play all cruiser lines untill you unlock T7 and then see which you like the most, only line that is exception is German as they are CLs up to T6 and CAs T7+ here you should grind Hipper to see if you like them or not...
