@Beastofwar He does have a point u know, if planes actually had armor modeled as such there would be checks upon hit but since there are not and its a simple (hit probability x dpm) x time in aura calculation that is applied against plane HP planes in fact - do not have actual armor, that skill called armor just adds another 0.9 x multiplier same as the SE adds some more HP but there are no real armor calculations upon impact of AA shells

IMHO cruisers are usually the poorest choice for Ranked, even the truly OP ones are still less resilient then any of the 4-5 BBs each side usually gets and the utility of radars, hydro and stuff will take you nowhere if the team largely consists of clueless potatoes that simply do not use that info for anything... Just this morning I had a fight in which a plainly spotted Kagero with TRB was sailing up and down in front of us torping everybody and 3 ships that were on that flank with me didnt fire a single shell towards her... In the end me in Monarch and CV had to poop her down, needles to say 2 BBs and a CL all got torped and shelled to death, I was sure we will lose that but me and a Loyang managed to pull it through, somehow....

If 100 credits and few xp points you lose because of a scrape make you wanna "pull the plug" by all means... Btw just so we are clear in traffic and sea traffic mishaps its more often then not a shared responsibility as well

This, if one cant spot and contest caps in a DD one just shouldnt play it...

Doesnt matter - dish out 100+ k damage, kill one or two enemies, tank 3 mil damage, keep enemies spotted so the rest of your team can turn after they dealt with their flank and obliterate the suckers you weakened and pulled out of position and win the match...

For Randoms you will want smoke most of the time, that goes for Neptune and Minotaur as well, the average random potato just cant be relied upon to do anything, they will happily sit back and watch you get taken apart so they can poop a shell or two from complete safety and be smug about it... For organised competitive you will likely want full radar build as relying on smoke for anything there is rather tricky, most even semi-organised teams will either push you or angle in a way making it very hard for you to do much damage so radar and option to control caps is the only real choice there... For disorganised competitive aka Ranked - personal preference, some get more milage from cap control, some from farming damage, however I cant say i see that many RN CLs in there anyways...

IMHO all RU cruisers beneath T9 (where they get decent armor, slot 6 and heal) as a whole package are pretty meh or even garbage, possible exception being Buddy at T6, even most premiums are in this lot...

Ok average per year then - you go from time of launch: 1y - 12k and change 2y - 12k and change 3y - 12k and change 4y - 13-ish k last measure 14k change So the "average" grew what 16-20% and most of that is in the last year and a half so hardly a continuos growth for 4 years as you stated...- 106 replies

It has, the lock on reduces sec dispersion of fired shells, something like 20-30% IIRC, MSFSA does more on top of that BUT in return secs dont fire unless target is selected meaning you can only attack one ship at a time...

I agree, had they pull off the Z-39 thing and put her in T7 with slot 5 like she is it might be a different story but like this...

To me it literally looks like Z-35 is Maas with AFT and SE baked in but shittier torps in return (and OFC she has the 5th slot as she is T8) thats about it...

Fact Petro needs a nerf doesnt mean Venezia doesnt need some as well... In short if Venezia has 3 guns extra over Brindisi to be on roughly the same T9 vs T10 difference most ships are she has to be at about 25-26s reload and even that wouldnt solve some other issues... That ship is just broken to the core concept...
