Slava is not a cruiser, she has 25 mm extremities but she still has the 32 mm deck and what is is 150? mm upper belt not to mention the main belt of a BB, yes a german BB can shred her bow/stern if he survives the voyage to the sec range and the shredding process without gett8ng demolished by the 406es...

4 vs 1 in DDs 4 vs 2 in CAs 4 vs 2 in BBs Imho as far as map control goes low tier team should win out easily I mean with an average kind of mid to long range play the BBs are not that much weaker and neither are the cruisers TBH, DDs are a clear cut advantage to low tier team as 4 dds give more map presence and in case they gang up on tbe kagero it will be over quckly if she fights... The only clear cut advantage for high tier team is the CV so it will directly depend on his/her quality of play and anility to negate the low tier teams advantages...

The range is ok on Goliath for her role IMHO, wouldnt mind a few sec shaved off the base reload though...

@OP Dont worry m8 you didnt miss all that much, Parsival is the only one worth your time of those 3 we had in boxes and they should be available today anyhow...

Thats not true though, they do excel at cap support and are better then any other line at that role

IMHO Surrey and Drake are excellent cruisers for their respective tiers, Exeter is good in T5, Goliath is OK-ish (suffers a bit because of the stepped citadel) same as Albemarle for the same reason, Hawkins is acceptable for a T5 cruiser I guess, older design but those armor patches kinda work at deflecting a lot of shells and heal does help, only really bad ones are IMO Devonshire and London that are just to soft for the range they have on their guns... Cheshire I didnt play so IDK about her

The KGV in this match accused me of cheating after I darted out of smoke he was yoloing me in and slammed both racks in him from 3 km away, that was right after (90s or so) he made sure his team mate in NCal eats a lethal salvo by making sure he is dead still in the path of torps (blocked him from moving off) so no alas they didnt...

I agree in general and is the same thing I was saying about Odin before release, I think I am doing reasonably well in Odin BUT I also have a suspition of how her server stats will look like once she gets more widespread use... Regarding Pommern its just annoying they are nerfing her continuously, I mean ok she has 12 guns at T9 but those german 15" are really not that special at high tiers esp after the cruiser armor buffs, her list of prime targets when not in a T7 match is not what it used to be... Its frustrating as I really want her to be good, I wanted her from the moment I saw her announced but nerf, after nerf, after nerf... In the end I WILL get her tomorrow or soon anyways, ofc I will...

Depends of what kind of BB you like... If you like to play more of a central "map controlling" position its hard to beat Ohio in that role, fast heals really help endurance when it gets intense... Ohio is in general similar to ze germans in that regard only mor accurate when she needs to take a long range shot if build for it... This said soon we will have the Vermont with 12x18" soooo... Well... If you like the flanking and picking off role more I guess its Slava, if she is anything like Champaigne she will allow a bit of careful closer range fight if need be as long as its a position in which you can use the belt to bounce the hard stuff... This said Champaigne is a thing, is more easily available and faster as well, 3 guns less though Its a hard choice really, If I didnt already get the Ohio and Siegfried IDK what I would do myself honestly...

A pro gamer doing 200k in a T9 BB is hardly a feat any 2000+ PR player should break that easily, that just means us plebs will do about 80k and thats not exactly brilliant for a T9 BB

Lets face it - Slava, Stalingrad, Thunderer and Smolensk are ideal for the meta of mo*onic player base that absolutely never ever supports a team mate no matter what, unless you want to die miserably 5 min in you need something with a lot of range...

Thats BS m8, if Champaigne is the prototype of a BB sniper she can play like most of other BBs, only thing different is you wont go bow in tanking and thats about it, and there is a number of BBs already in game that are really not fit for bow tanking even though they have 32 mm plate as that plate is nothing for HE spammers nowadays...

True, I am at 14k RP after Siegfried and have 2x12k waiting and some other T9s are in progress for single bonuses I estimate I should have her by the anniversary...
