Heal only makes you less gimped against a T9 cruiser since ALL of them have heals, but anyway the OP queation was about CARRYING in a T9 match and NO T7 cruiser is much good at that TBH, BBs either, DD is only choice for +2 carry in any kind of reliable fasgion and only if you know your DDs inside and out... I am not saying one cant top the board and even carry occasionally in a Myoko or Sharn or whatnot but reliably? Cmon...

Yep the AP rockets are nasty mainly because you cant heal cit damage back, however (again I didnt play Manfred so I might be wrong on her account) its easy to thwart most of it if you have room to manouver (this ofc includes not getting blapped by a Slava 20km away while dogging not only physical room to do it in), IMHO the easiest and most reliable way to use these planes is coming over islands full speed and slamming the side of the victim before they have time to do anything, in the open however its much harder to do consistent damage...

Focus fire is one thing, any CV can spot you for the team and there is NO way the AP line up on a dodging RN cruiser broadside unless she is busy with something else and not paying attention...

Yeah, I mean he has decent stats, so he knows how to play and those AP rockets are really awkward to use effectively, a bit of angling and they do 2k damage per run, OK i didnt try those on Richtfoffen vs Mino but still...

There arw some folks around whose stats go up when they AFK...

German 15" rifles were ever, are still and will likely remain sketchy at the best of times, even on Siegfried although the cruiser dispersion there cures some issues, I guess thats just how WG wants them, I was really sceptic but Pommern aint a bad BB, she is quite relaxing and fun to play, that also counts for something...
