A FTP player grinding his way through tiers and feeding of the game economy is of no particular interest to WG, yes they keep the population up but that is a secondary concern as its not directly monetizable, best kind of a new player (and the only one really interesting) is one getting stuffed in T4-6 bracket and then buying his way to high tiers to dodge the CV pest and seal clubbers down there, there he can collect elite XP on the premiums, convert to free xp via gold and feed cash into system, due to sunk cost fallacy he is also less likely to quit and develops a playing and spending habit which is good for business... At the same time new and old players need to have stuff to buy and convert XP for hence the flood of premiums and lines and they are all high tier ones, also most events, campaigns and stuff are high tier locked...

It is, not in div ofc but you can get T6-T8 match with one cv each

You can even damage people on your team and unless you are really excessive about it you wont have any real consequences...

Does it matter? There are no rules against griefing...

For the last time the Naval battle counts Base XP not Total XP, base xp is multiplied my premium and flag modifires to yield total ship xp for that fight, you had 74 and then 231 thats why tere are no stars...

Well if you need to play the battle then whenever you get a ship that didnt have its "flake"cleared already it will get one assigned, if the bonus is automatically added by a snapshot on the patch day without you playing then I guess thats that and you get what you get...

IDK I always managed to "keep track" myself... Start with T10 left to right by nations Then T9 doing the same Then T8... Etc Job done If I get some additional ship in the meanwhile I just knock that flake right away or keep it as primary until I do...

IMHO Zara is already quite decent, Trento is a bit too soft for my taste, as for RN CAs Surrey is acceptable but Drake is where the fun really starts...

TBH while some of those tournaments can be a decent pastime when I am stuck at work and idle I dont think they or that kind of play (ie excluding parts of the game at will) will ever gain wider publicity...
