Elaborate on is it still worth to get the most powerfoul T10 supercruiser/battlecruiser that despite having nearly BB level of gun power with improved pen angles and increased accuracy to boot and having near BB armor takes cruiser slot in CB?

No its not, you might go with MCFSA+AFT+IFHE build BUT you HAVE to take some other fire mitigation option, that basically means the slot 4 module AND BOS or you will get torched regurarly... Now since with the 4x 4pt skills you only get one 3pt that one 3pt being BOS leaves you without BFT or SI + half the fire chance is gone and even with Lutiens and his sec perk I am not entirely sure its worth it... I tried that build and its usable BUT only if you are able to pick the time and place you will brawl so you have it under your terms and most of the time that leaves you 2 passive in early game and your flank often get stomped before you get your golden ticket cashed... Besides even with the IFHE the amount of BBs parts you will actually pen in real combat situations with that extra pen is limited...

Well 3 rd from top by av damage, 5 th by wr and 4th by k/d ratio, Id say she is doing fine... Also my top WR t10 cruiser...

Actually Roma is IMO held back primarily by her short range, naimly her shells are so fast and arcs so flat she just cant cit stuff except at max range of spotter as the shells just fly over the citadel...

Well they dont really HAVE to be so small as the central caps make sure you HAVE TO meet enemy there or lose to points, they just chose to make them so small and basically negate any room for non brawling play and hence ships... As I said before, I dont mind an occasinal brawl but cant say I cherish it beeing my only viable option...

Well she is nothing special and bombs fall somehow slowly so I am still getting used to that for dropping DDs, she earns decent cash though...

Yeah thats because she is so god damn useless that otherwise nobody would play her even when she was new... Well he said he wants something different then pan-euro DDs, that pretty much eliminates other gunboat DDs leaving a handful of ships OR you get similar flavor in a CL hence Atlanta, yes she is fragile but she is good for Narai and still can do decently when not bottom tier, she is not that much worse off then other T7 prem cruisers aside from Belfast and Flint that can smoke up...

As in DD? Z-39 or Haida are both ok picks, Yudachi might be as well... Otherwise Atlanta is a blast and Ashitaka best credit printer (with the special camo)

Well the way I understand it they are profiling FDR to be alpha striker (at least as far as it goes in the reworked system) which makes her VERY powerfoul in hands of people that can position close to the front lines, make use of plane type rotation and predrops to minimise losses and cycle squads after each drop besides even just being that different then any previous CV might be enough to make her special case...
