OFC I use the Free XP that I earned in the meanwhile, the point made was to get as much RP and T10 back as you can, if you are hoarding Free XP its another matter altogether... OFC if you are working and or playing loads of other stuff then its prolonged, but then again pint was its possible -
Look at what? I played through the entire Stage one and almost two and there is just as many bots as before...

Only the first stage tasks and about half of the second ones do not count for the dailies, after that the ships are T5+ and do count, also for the second stage you can do the main tasks (those giving you the crates) in T5+ ships as well... I would guess the majority of the people dont even know about the new campaign and/or are not interested in getting as**ped by the T4 cv lurkers for a T9 camo...

Colbert is king for this, speedboost on, get in range and dakka, trouble with sec BBs (apart from JB, Bourgogne and Geourgia) is that bots will usually die long before you get there...

With an average 30% hit rate for main guns and 1/3 damage per normal pen its easy to asses what the actual DPM will be... Besides a flight doesnt take 120s, maybe when you add the return flight time, but as an alpha strike sure af not... -

Simple thing is if you want to go lazy mode (not wasd like crazy all the time) you are better off not picking any low or mid tier cruisers, like not a single one there is good for stationary tanking role, you might get some mileage with island cover with some of them but it depends heavily on the MM, map you got, spawn you got and overall battle situation... IMHO take Shors and put on rudder module and all upgrades and learn the dodging game shelling heavy targets at max range, play it like 100 battles, after that pieces will start to fall in place...

Well cruiser needs to survive the way to the radar range, then out after the presumable kill...

No I am not, but fact you can support your DDs closer ranged means little to you in the cruiser, you will still get annihilated by the red BBs as soon as you are spotted which will be as soon as you fire if not before, unless you kite away or hide from sight ofc, so those are your choices same in most CLs really... Oh yes and one good BB salvo WILL take away all your HP in Munchen make no mistake there...

Where did I call out for a mechanic change? Its simple really - you are steering the ship - its normal ship, you are steering the planes its normal planes, no need to re-invent the wheel here...

Just dodge... Seriously, rudder shift is your friend and stay at max range -10-15% percent when closer disengage or kite away... -

True Mainz is a bit better in tanking, prob the reason why she is T8 and not T7, as for turning circle 690 vs 720 m is hardly much of a difference

When you module them up for rudder and acceleration i am pretty sure they will behave pretty much exactly the same

Its the same playstyle, few knots of speed, a second on reload offset by the extra barrel per turret T8 carries and a 20% more or less rudder shift (and thats without 40% rudder module in slot 5 on the Mainz) dont change the playstyle just details of it...

Well homing torps are less likely to miss then a RNG-esus guided single shell... But ok, fair enough, lets say you are right and shell is better option for the situation... How often does that kind of situation happen? I mean where the enemy will be capping you out and you will be exactly in right position to use that gun? Once every 50 matches? Every 100 matches? In the meanwhile your torps and rest of the boat will have to be balanced out against in tier ships taking into account the fact you are carrying another weapon system they do not have on board... So for a gun you will use once every blue moon you will lose out on 20-30% actually usable DPM and/or HP and/or maneuverability... Hardly a good trade in my book, but to every man their own I guess...
