IMHO the greater issue with RN CAs is that they dont really have a clear cut role that other ships cant perform as well, my line is currently reset but in general I quite like them actually but objectively speaking they are not doing anything really different then a Desmo, Zao, Yoshino or Hindenburg cant provide as well...

Mysore and Borodino combo might be feasable yes, Kitakami will likely be RB as that currency prob has the highest monetising potential and we had several realeases in there of late so RP stock is low and the ship fits the overall flavour there, we should also see the Black, Neustrashimi and Flint return for coal or thereabouts and I reckon Plym as well, Hizen might be either freexp or dockyard but prob the former... Other option for christmas might be that skipbomb armed cv together with a t6 or 7 but who knows its 5 years after all...

Plymuth is not likely candidate for dockyard IMHO, she will probs be Coal as replacement for Smolensk... As for dockyard i reckon Hizen might be the one but also Borodino is an option as well...

Ohio goes 27kt or so IIRC and is kinda "brawly" take on a US BB with Monty hull with 457 guns, long secs and fast reloading heal... Georgia goes 32-33kt or so IIRC and has engine booster to go even faster, she does have long secs and fast heal as well BUT is also much squishier overall and sort of not meant to brawl but to flank and slap broadsides, she has 6 barrels but battlecruiser level of dispersion so she can land hits at range easily providing one compensates for us slow as hell shells...

Still writing the word the "for" probably wouldnt have cost them money and it would make things clear...

Not really however thwy are not the same concept of ship in the first place, regardless Georgia is probs better as T9 then Ohio is as T10 simply because she is faster, more accurate and a tier lower she has only one other ship that overmatches cruiser decks unlike T10 situation...

You dont need IFHE for DDs, actually you dont need it period as the lost FC is not worth it on lower DPM CLs anyhow...

They will never do that as that would mean admitting the rework was a failure... What would be possible wothout losing any face is this - make a permanent alternative game mode to randoms, call it Battle of the month or whatever, in this mode they can rotate all the temp features like say - WW1 and interwar only - no CVs and up to say T6 ships included; next month it can be Assymetrical battles T5-T9 or whatnot; after that say Arms Race, after that DD torp battles only etc, even Subs...

Might be athough T8 would be uncommonly generous TBH much less an op cashgrab material cruiser... I would sooner expect Strasbourg and IDK Hizen? combo...

I really like Wichita BUT all the cruisers he mentioned are flanker/kiter type except Bagration and she can do it in a pinch due to having really long range and heal, if he is looking for that type of cruiser Wichita is not the answer here and neither is Atago due to short range, Atago is a great ship but in todays hightier meta she is not really beginner friendly...

No way they can sell Akula off as T9, subs will just have to be even tiers... Maybe if they use Victor class though...

Dude you realise PEF is Mackensen right? You would seriously put her sister in the same cruiser slot as say Dallas or Pepsi? Really? Even Spee is a tall order in there with all the nerfbatting she recieved as we could plainly see in the T6 CB season... Only way to implement a full BC line like that would prob be - up to say T7 they are BBs and T8 and above maybe might be CAs and that would be unprecedented, although I guess not impossible...

Irian is ok for kiting role, she is squishy though... Bagration is pretty decent pick Mainz doesnt have a heal I would take Bayard if I was you or wait for the new Belfast 43 coming Soon (TM)
