You mean it crashes only when you alt-tab? That sounds like some driver issue to me, try changing the game display mode from fullscreen to windowed (or vice versa) and see if that helps

Try downloading one of those diagnostic CD-s and run a memtest for starters, if it checks out download a temperature monitor and one of the stress tests and take a look if there is some overheating...

Main battery accuracy as an average depends on your preferred class as well, BBs will yield less MBA then DDs for instance as most BBs due to the RNG cant really go over 30-ish % unless you literally lean on the enemy ship and fire, also withing a class there are differences for instance hitting something at mid-long range will be much easier with Nevsky then with Wooster or say Slava vs Ncal due to the shell speed differences... Nomogram IMHO doesnt really improve aiming, I use it on and off but its mostly because it speeds up my aim not because its better, I actually have slightly better accuracy when I use normal dynamics but the nomogram lets you take those snapshots at turning stuff that bring in the devstrikes...

In all honesty while tecnically you are ofc right majority of skills are more of a placebo then anything else, same as upgrades really as all those things are percentual stuff and usually at a small percentage, there were only few skills in the old system that really improved something a lot and as far as I understand its even less the case in the new system... I mean sure bunch of skills and upgrades as well as reasearching and buying modules stacks and when all are present vs none that are present it can be a big difference but only one or two skills are hardly a game changer, sure in competitive where you need the every last bit you can eeek out of a ship it can be important but for 99% of players that dont ever play any of that its laregly - irrelevant, their lack of basic player skills will be much greater factor then the lack of cap skill or anything else for that matter...

IDK I kinda always try to force caps in zuki and kita and when I have to retreat start fires on bbs, now Feng might actually be interesting to play, kinda like the zuki of yee olden times just with derpier fish...

Silver is the sweetspot with current prize system I reckon as you only get 100 less steel for ranking out there (which is easier due to less stars needed and having one more irrevocable rank at R5) compared to the gold not to mention you actually get 100 less in gold if you dont manage to rank out... Additionally its T9/10 so one can farm creds with prems or grind the T9s that are the longest grind anyways along the way...

This is not meant for new players, at least not directly, new players dont care for the 19-21 gap as they dont even have the 19pt caps, what they MIGHT care is buying more premium ships so that one 19pt they "speed grind" can be used on T10 they ground out + bunch of other stuff... The direct target are whales and semi-competitive regulars that dont want to miss out and get left behind and might drop some hard currency WG way to get the XP there, weather by cap dismissal or Free XP conversion (btw anyone remembers recent removal of RP-FreeXP option? ^^) now its up to each individual players to decide if they want to stay on the wagon and pay up or get off and walk a bit till the next station...

As expected and noted before - its a cash grab + investment into future cash flow as premium time and premium ships just became much more valuable for any player and especially those that are more likely to spend then to grind which are the WG most favorite part of the player base anyhow...

Well yes although I did like 70k in fat fred this morning and came up second, the catch was that I took a cap and about 23 or so of those 70 were a Halland... Point is - had I died after popping that Halland I would likely still be at the same place or maybe a place lower in final score, on the other hand few days back i did 140k in Lion and was like lower half of the board, so its not even fair to say WG doesnt reward important things as they do its just knowing WHAT is important and HOW to do it is another matter entirely...

TBH it wouldnt change anything, random player not only doesnt know what to do he doesnt give a s*it about changing that fact, besides if you lose its obviously the rigged MM that is at fault...
