Well you get 10% tighter group then you would normally, if that brings you down to the SC level in general I am not sure as SC at that range should still be even tighter, but for some BBs - yes in short you do...

French secs were a meme since like forever only good for some fires and usually if you were using fire to bring someone down you were better off just slapping a main gun salvo or two into them from long range anyway as the 32 mm plate and mediocre HP usually meant you were usually worse off in that exchange then your target was...

You get coal even without premium account, but never the less I agree that Z-44 is hardly worth the coal unless one is an avid DD or KM collector or already has everything else available for coal in port, and no T9 is actually worth the gold/cash they want for them...
