I have decent enough results in her but I agree - she should have a ROF boost, no reason for her to have twice the reload of a zuki as none of her other traits are that different or overwhelming to warrant this, I mean ok the shells do a bit more damage but not like its almost twice the damage ffs

Well I accepted a more zen approach about all that of late... WG doesnt want to limit the participation of speshuls in any of the game modes in any kind, shape or form so the only way not to go insane is join the speshul crowd, dont give a ra*s a** about the rank you end up at, wr or any such bo**cks, just farm the steel for the wins each week and be done with it... I concluded that the 11 wins in Silver league seem the best way to go and as an additional bonus I can grind the T9 ships in it...

Crawling smoke lasts 148s with the full smoke build, I have her and it works ok, however as all cruisers without torps you are vulnerable to yolos and due to slow relaod and ap only Mysore even more then usually...

Mysore should be compared to the "base ship of her type for tear" which would be Leander and not Perth (which is in itself an outcrop of Leander class), hence you exchange the torpedo tubes for well nothing really...

It gives more to a RU BB then other ships yes but the RP applies to all ships, however for 4 pt I agree only high tier RU BBs might be worth that investement...

U should try omaha with that he damage booster and reload booster skills, its hilarious as both the range and detectability are 15.1 and 15.2 km without ce, there is some epic dakka to be had for a t5 cl right there...

Not maybe but for sure as she doesnt have the long burn time, she has the 50 mm plate, higher ROF and same radar, she can also pack hydro to boot for extra utility, sure her sides are soft but so are grads and for the stupid tanky stuff we have the petrobalansovsk ofc...

Nerf yes, I agree but the entire point of those large cruisers is area denial as in you go to some part of the map and basically make sure its yours by providing a stable point there with your guns and endurance as well as utility for support with radar or hydro, now all thats left of grad are the guns, sure they are good guns but not that good, endurance is gone and radar is of questionable utility since you dont have the endurance to sit there in the range of the key area and punch it on demand... As i said, yes you can kite but for kiting there are far better and cheaper cruisers then ANY of the CCs espec grad...

You can doubt all you want, CV spots you and 100 HE shells come your way you can dodge some of them but not all of them and fires start sooner or later, so unless you intend to stay at 23 km the whole match and "kite" for which there are better cruisers then the grad you WILL burn down sooner or later

We used to get loads of stuff for free, some vocal individuals complained that we are getting 2 much free stuff and its ruining the game, now we get squat and they mostly moved on to other games...

AR, module gives some reduction and if you are in such a situation that those few seconds granted by the BOS are relevant you already F* ed up that situation...
