What? How fast is that thing supposed to be going 33kt? 35kt? Good luck turning in front of a BB and getting out of range before the T10 BB shreds you as most of them are around 30kt or faster not to mention there are quite a few at T8-10 that can outright overtake you... Look bro, I am not sayin Congress in cruiser form wont be a formidable thing and if she is released like that she is a likely must have boat, but paired against most in tier or higer BBs you are toast, even Alaska or PR have issues in 1v1 situation...

Thats not true, I had Thunderer for quite some time and I dont think I ever actually played her with deadeye but I never thought she was inacurate...

As a BB 7 305mm guns at T8 is garbage even a T5 BB beats it in firepower, as a CA its hilariously overpowered...

I am sad that you quit but I can understand it, I have a load of premiums and can make the option 1 work for me but pleased with the situation I am not... That said I will participate in the new dockyard at the minimum cost possible as I do want that DD but thats about it as my spending on wows goes for at least couple of months probs until I see what the subs will end up being... Oh and no more lootboxes unless they are free variety or purchased by stuff I got in game...

No it doesnt, it actually makes sense to put it on any DD hunting build on all gunboats and hybrids as you are expected to be firing in the open most of the time anyway and you dont need the range for sure...

I agree a free respec for all caps like the one we had is warranted, it can last for a few days if needbe instead of a month but it should be there, people need to be able to try the new builds and settle on their desired ones...

I had something similar few days back, I did reinstall my Win10 as I intended to do it anyhow swapping it for the Lite version and for now it works fine... I am not sure but seems some fairly recent win10 update creates the problem althoug I might be mistaken
