Twitch-WOWS link is buggy for a while now, several guys here had issues with yesterdays stream drops but it was sorted some hours ago by WG staff, try exiting the game and entering again to see if they appear...

Its a Kagero with Akizuki guns, you play her accordingly, torp boat but can hold her own against other DDs in a brawl and farm some gun damage as well...

WG is overdoing it as usual, if they had dockyard once a year it would be something different and would allow people to be more lax about whailing it for steel for 100€ or grinding it out, but as usual bean counters saw the milking potential and up it to the max and above as usual...
