She has fast cruiser caliber guns, shells have little drag and stay level at long ranges, she is great for picking off DDs at range, not so goot for brawls obviously but she aint half bad even if I was very sceptical about the entire line myself, just finished grinding out 240k xp on her and waiting for elbing to try her out...

I play what I want, WR is nice and all but playing an overpowered tool to max out the WR is even more boring and tedious a job then constant grinding of various cr*p in the game ergo I am not going for it...

Stop caring about stats, events and other cr*p they are using to manipulate one into giving them time and money without end 3. Of those zf-6 prob simply couse you might get more mileage from her since wg tends to make most events geared twards hightiers

Huang was always ok-ish for smaller team enviroment, her guns are also ok ballistic wise and can land shells at distance even on fast targets, she is squishy though ofc so focused fire is a problem but no CL is really different in that regard

Ditto, most of those ships lack some kind of guieded ordnance on them anyway as well as radar systems of various kinds that dont exist in the game as such anyhow

@OP Depends on the overall situation if I am on the strong or the weak flank, if top tear or bottom tier, in your case I would prob change the cap
