I didnt even watch the Flamus vid, in this u posted IChase just repeats its like super weird for 10 minutes, what I see however is ships dying with every good salvo he lands, hardly something to call a tickle now is it... Oh and BTW the homing torps are in the sub mechanic for such a long time I think we can call them a permanent feature and not "something they are trying"

It doesnt matter to them, the marketing dep already reported the projected revenue and the accounting already spent the money they are supposed to get from subs, thats the likely reason they are pushing out all the premium ships at such frantic rate of late and rewarm the old shelved projects such as VF CVs etc... WG know that after the subs hit randoms they will have s good run of selling sub premiums and after that the game will be the second WOWP filled with bots everywhere and few live people that will come in take a look and bug out...

No they really are not, they are good for farming damage on hapless cruisers or from far away but as a DD they are trash

IIRC in the past RB ships never came out strictly on Fridays but had their own cycle and steel/coal ones mostly came with the relevant patches, only gold/prem shop ships actually tend to get released exactly Fridays for whatever reason...

Did you install the game in this patch? Couse you should have the copy of the previous one in the bin folder

You couldnt spec AFT on 6" cruises since like forever, at least not for the main guns, but I agree with you, I tried Harlem and while she is ok to play for a cruiser main its hard to really reccomend her for anything but the novelty factor, I will keep the steel built ships for my collection and prob T7 and 8 since we have the ships and camos and they might give some coal/steel for Christmas but grinding T9/10 I will not unless something drastically changes in the performance...

No its not the same case, thats like me buying a game that has no Demo on Steam, trying it out, not liking it and then having a refund done... OFC its ok to limit the time frame limit between purchase and refund request to a reasonable level say few days, weeks whatnot but its NOT ok not offering a refund option for a product that could not be tested by the consumer in any shape or form before the purchase, and the fact thats not ok is reflected in the law that is binding for all those that sell stuff at the given market or in the given country, also not knowing the law does not excuse applies to both private citizens as well as companies... Also the argument of scamming is moot since the WG themselves offer refunds for ships played one battle, that is exactly WHY they offer those refunds, sure they might try to fight it with some "local law of the country they reside in" but in the end it would fail and they would have issues doing further business in that market so they DO comply with the laws to the bare necessity level, otherwise they would actually deny any refund option whatsoever which they do not do...

Yes I am sure there is a conflict if they do not refund the item that is paid and bought via online purchase (unless its a perishable item) and its not a "technical" conflict, its a conflict, What I am NOT sure however is if that is the case in ALL EU countries or not, although I would be very surprised if there wansnt something similar in all of them... As for your other question - I do not have any open conflicts with WG and hence I have no vested interest in raising it, I have better things to do in my life then waste time on fighting other peoples battles for them TBH and I also dont tend to buy stuff "by accident" since I am like 40 and have been buying various s*it on the internet for last 15 or so years, hence I have nothing to solve...

No company regulation can be in conflict with the law, WG knows this and thats why they DO offer refunds for one battle played without much smarta**ing

Really? In my country (and I would guess most EU states) NO company is exempt from refunds when purchases are made via Internet

No offence m8 but thats ru**sh and u know why? Because there is no other way to TRY the product except buying it as you dont get access to the said ships on PTS, bar occasional rentals we had for few coins in the past there is and was no way to try the premium ships

M8 NEVER and I mean truly and utterly NEVER EVER trust WG with anything they claim regarding money you send their way, they will jump hoops backwards not to give any of it back...
