So I decided to use my dragon flag and mosaic camo stock and get to the GL to see how she is while still fresh and seriously WG you need to buff the deck plating on that thing to at least 45mm couse this thing is pointless in the current state... Its supposedly a BC BUT only BC thing you "enjoy" is the fire duration, the 25mm extremities and 30mm deck means nearly every BB salvo coming in is sticking and the HE spammers just melt you, I was just in a fight where 5 enemy HE spammers + the fire literally melted my HP from 100% to red in 40s... Aha you will say you must have overextended, but seriously she has less then 17km range so even when you pick a fight with one or two ships other 3-4 can still reach you and playing her with a range module still doesnt make sense as then I can just as well take out my LU Henry which does 120k easy and survives the match... Also if you want the airstrike to be a balancing factor, ie not a meme gimmick you need to extend the range, a LOT like 15km or so because coming in to sub 13km with her is suicide, I sport the god da*m kraken emblem ffs and I can barely make her work...

The question is not how to play her in Current state, I know how to hit stuff at max range as well, point is she is supposed to be a BC and a BC cannot be deck penned by a CL ffs… She is supposed to go in and assert the cap dominance with her armor and airstrikes are there to suplement the lower dpm in that situation with a sort of burst damage but she can’t bowtank couse schnose to thin and deck too thin so it gets overmatched by half of the BBs in spread nowadays and she gets farmed to death by CLS, the very thing she is supposed to Protect her DDs from by her presence… As she stands an utterly pointless ship

Next fight just now, I turn behind the island, fire at the (same funny enough) Kremlin, still spotted by something on the flank even if behidn island, Kremlin shells catch me in turn (not even fully broadside) devstrike... I even put the rangemod... This thing is so garbage its not even funny anymore, every CL pens your deck even without IFHE and you are supposed to be a bC, yea right...

I know but it kinda defeats the purpose and since you cant use airstrikes at the max gun range and you burn you basically end up with a shittier St.Louis/Henry... And again next fight - you need to push up to cap to have range, KRemlin on the other side 3 salvoes gone This ship is hot garbage

Well kinda true, some folks here have commented in the past that WG has likely fired most of the programming devs long ago since when they created the base game and the tools they use to add content they were unnecessary as one does not need an understanding of code just to add a new model in the game, and the ones they left are likely to have been the office suck-ups or to put it directly - the ones managers like most and see/represent as the most valuable members of the teams and if there is one constant in every line of business its that the suck-ups always suck at their actual job since to be good at doing what you do you need to dedicate a lot of time and effort into it and that doesnt leave much time for sucking-up, ergo the suck-up have free time to suck up couse they dont do sh*it and dont know how to do sh*t...
