Depends, you dont need to there is another way to handle the issue of the last wave, if you have a strong BB or two (like massa ie) go twards the adler group you can maul the dds while they are still far out, then they launch fish twoards it and get to the end position empty

Why do you expect them to put an effort to carry if you are not willing to? Hint if you want to have “coin toss” results take a most irrelevant ship you can find, for ranked thats prob a non radar ca/cl like IJN CL for instance, when the enemy takes you out without doing much on the other side will likely be an equally irrelevant boat that can get blapped by your team…

Well its a us BB shoild have 32 or 38 mm deck and 32 mm extremities and with reduced HP pool a 15k 32mm overmatchin AP shell slaming into it will hurt a lot, unless she has some hidden plate like Slava ohboi

It increases RNG in the game hence its fine with WG... I mean they really love RNG over at WG! After all the more RNG there is, the more things in the game are essentially a coin toss and the closer the stats in the game are to 50% and they really love that... I mean look at it this way - it looks balanced in an excel spredsheet and allows for lots of room to sell "solutions" for those that want to "rise up above the plebs" its a WIN/WIN/WIN for them hence why change it?

Kutizov was already 50-ies, but lets say T10 is mostly late 40-ies and on some lines even 50-ies, mosly plans and fantasy plans ofc, hence SS/T11 is already 60-ies or early 70-ies and there well anything goes really in T12 if it comes guided missiles should be a no brainer really -
