Well with the AP nerfs to the Ishizuchi, Atago and then a sledgehammer to the Tachibana's AP you're gonna start nerfing other premium ships now?
You can change captain skills and apply indirect nerfs to ships because captains are not part of the ship so you can change those all you like but I will not stand by while 3 premium ships get their AP nerfed.
The Zucchini's AP is terrible as it is against any other BB, and now somehow WG has found a way to make it worse.
Meanwhile the Nikolai's AP gets a small buff.
