They can rerework as many of us have the cvs already in port and when the rework that was not a problem to change the previous work. They work a lot.

I see people liking this feature do not explain why, just say comments about people not liking it and mention other features to bring the attention to these others so we do not talk about this new one, the air strike. I bet they were some enemies you killed, the day before yesterday a player sent me a message after battle relating my family with a future cancer and all that, I was a *** premium whatever, but when I checked the game results I saw he was a BB that came close 2 km into my smoke so I torped him with all at hand. I would have done so even with a Gaede. Some people cannot deal with frustration. And some of them beyond any reason are aggressive.

I think you did not get well my point about cv's. I do not like them, I do not like playing them nor suffer them mostly when they focus on me without RTS fighters to defend me, but I like playing other ships even if the cv's are present in the match making. If that was not the case I would not be playing the game at all, and I believe that of so many people that post here that do not like them either but they still play the game. To say it short, I like the game despite the cv's. They tend to ruin some of my games a day not all of them. And what I would say about the submarine is that let's wait until they come, maybe we get a glad surprise, or not, as Rajoy dixit.

Those are just forum fireworks, not really the in game behaviour so no need to pay much attention to it.
