W Well so, now from the surface ship perspective this is a nightmare, so may I prefer not to play to be just fun food for cvs fans and go and play another game, this is adaptation aswell.

Easy to say, bring real air superiority combat, like the rts had. Now it is a hunt of the surface ship, which is fun for the one in the planes but not for the one in the ship. You have to balance the gameplay or you will be end playing coops against surface bot ships.

They obviously are trying to mirror the historic naval development in , Ireland? not in real life for sure. In real life cvs had working fighter squadrons that made their work to gain air superiortity and then as battle and even war developed then the 300 planes attacking an undefended Yamato happened. I do not know about all this in Ireland. The Prince of Wales and Repulse sinking by planes attack was due to a strategic mistake, they were sent undefended , without air support. But in game cvs cannot defend really anything. Yamato was sent to fight in a desperate last move, they had no real hope of doing nothing significant with the ship, just because the great air and naval superiority of the enemy. Without an airsuperiority fight this aircombat game is a joke. They are puting in the game the cv class and now hybrids not understanding their role.

It must be a broken feature because no one comes at the end of the day.

Anyone in mind? I cannot imagine what a battle can be if we add submarines to the formula. I think we'll need PTSD attention after every battle.

Now, seriously, I feel fear to press battle button. This is a hell!

This happens to other games appart form MMO. I do not know if I can name them here but I am thinking about strategy games of a famous studio. The most relevant released in 2013 and still in development. Well I think what matters is if it is for good or not but you never know if the game you like will be ruined by a great idea.

When will this game be finished? I think this cuold be another thread really. Are games finished nowadays? do you know any? if we are betatesters, will there be release date and a bunch of new players when that may happen? or is all this a normal stage of actual games and a fake naming of it? Is it needed to be finished?

Warspite is a good BB, tier VI. Ashitaka, powerful artillery, bland armour, Tier VII. Sharnhorst, if you like the german style, artillery devoted to kill cruisers, has torps, before secondaries were meaninful, not so much now. Tier VII.

HE is damage farming all the way. Your ship can burn if a projectile touches a flag. No much skill needed. CV, the planes really, are not necessarily broken if you mean OP but they are boring to play and annoying if they focus on your ship and with no revelvant counters. It is many times said that rts cvs did not match well with the game of surface ships, but these planes are not matching either, they are so incomparable to surface ships game as the rts cvs were. They are a different flavor, but what have they solved? In rts the cvs could counter each other, now they do their business no matter what the enemy cv does. This is a step back. And this was a feature that resembled real life, now, well, we have an over done gameplay idea of planes "see how I can fly" thing.

I was happier before those changes is what I can say.

I refer to ships like colbert smolensk the the sort like that to answer the title of the thread, not specifically a certain problem of ships camping or not. I remember the times of the Zao, Hindenburg being the main cruisers and the Minotaur being a special ship. Then the HE spammers big bang ocurred and the universe was different from then on.

Revert reworks. Remove HE spammers.

The only way to balance a cv is with the fighters of the enemy cv but there are no real fighters. This is the main problem with actual system.

The thing is that I am at tier VII in Italian battleships and it has a strange, so to say, accuracy, and I have read they do not improve much in tier VIII and so, and to judge playing them I have to grind them which is the thing I try to avoid when I read a line has this kind of troubles. I grew up in this game with German battleships, and I discovered a new colourful world when I played Japanese battleships, and I do not like the WOWS German accuracy, I try to avoid anything similar.

I see Italians are doing well in those stats. I did not expect that, maybe I start playing them. And about US heavy battleships I like them. Slow but powerful.

Spain has no battleships really in this game timeframe , but they can imagine some of them, about 10 or eleven now if so... . In realism terms I can say the flag is well known.

If this CC program belongs to a private company, and they can fire their employees, how would not they be able to remove someones contributor's roll for what ever reason? They could cancel the whole program tomorrow. He, or any of us, can still use tweeter or any other social media to express what he wants, none is going against his rights because they can't.

Why Dutch ships have this air strike? will we see any Dutch bb having this? why not? they are Dutch planes. If Italian ships have SAP and strange smoke why should this not be a national feature? Maybe extended to submarines. What feature can the next nation bring to the game? Which stat has not been touched in a peculiar way? Maybe this is the key for future changes. I propose one, submarines with smoke. Nation? San Marino, I have never seen a San Marino's submarine so it matches perfectly well. The SSS class, Smoked San Marinos Submarine. With Napoli's good secondaries so you do not know what the hell is in the smoke.

I liked the rts game that matched perfectly well, no this planes game which is boring. We can play whatever we want despite others like these cvs so much.
