ah this explains it I bothered to make a ticket and they just closed it within 10 minutes without a real answer. Why they dont post something on the site, so i can easily check the server status? I thought there even was a a section on server status on the wow-site,

I am new here so not sure what to expect of support, but apparently i should not expect anything ! Just payed for 30 days premium. When i start the game i get: 'you have been disconnected from the server. technical issues found. try later or contact the customer Service center' I registered a ticket (including logs) and the ticket is closed within 10 minutes with this [edited]answer: Thank you for contacting us.
