That's probably true, but they managed to make the flag differences between the Tsarist Imperial navy and the Soviet navy for the Russian side so I fail to see why the Germans should be any different. I would argue that most of the pew pew boat people haven't even noticed the flags their ships fly. :)

Some sexy looking ships here, would still be cool to see an Italian navy tree in game tho. :) Would be even better if WG would fix the German navy flag on the WW1 era ships... I really don't understand why they are flying the Kriegsmarine flag instead of the Kaiserliche Marine one.... :/
