Hey guys i have figured this all out except the stats server address but that hasnt effect my game or game play at all. if you want your launcher to properly update in time you need to go to the World of Warships Root directory and open WoWSLauncher.cfg with notepad. then under patch info URLS line just change the .com/.eu/.ru or what ever you have to what ever you need such as .com for NA .eu for EU ect ect
