Hi guys. The game's wiki says: "Starting from Update 0.8.7, any player with five (5) unlocked tech tree Tier X ships automatically qualifies for the Research Bureau." I have 5 tier X already but the reesearch bureau page doesn't appears at my armory. I really appreciate if someone can give me any clue of what I have to do next. Thank you

I got both tier X of the russian tech tree Moskva and Nevsky. I haven't played with nevsky yet. I supouse this is the reason she doesnt appears. Anyway when I get the next we will see. Thank you.

They are all tech tree ships but yes one of them is the Moskva. I got her before they opened the 2nd branch of the tech tree. That must be the problem. I'll wait for the next tier X and see if that works. Thanks a lot.
