does germany's battleships have surveillance radar ?

hi there,Is there anyway i can compare between any kinds of ships like 2 Battleships from different nations, If not why you don't add this thing in nearly future in update.So player can compare between ships before start in which way they want to play in which ship they want from any nation they want.Many Thanks.
