[TIP] How to change server and play WoWs on all servers (EU, NA, RU, Asia) using one game client

hey guys, I wanted to change from the EU to the RU server. Replacing the xml didn't work for me. But when I open the file scripts_config.xml it shows me a lot of different signs and chinese hieroglyphs as you see in the pic attached. any ideas??
