@Palubarac I watched that - have to say Notser is getting a little shallow in his analysis. Kind of missing the potential full impact of some of the changes.

With CVs everything is perma spotted anyway so why bother with CE? Again WG prove that they don't understand their own game!

How many people would truly have objected if WG had said that they were going to move the GC up a tier (suitably buffed) and all owners would be given a properly balanced T5 to replace it (i.e get 2 ships for price of one)? And then we have the Smolensk, released after the re-balance GC fracas (and after CCs like Flamu had already said that the Smol in its current state was not good for the game), so... edit: you should note that one of the biggest concerns of the community was that WG would release OP premiums, just to nerf them in following patches, just to get maximum sales. I have to say that current events kind of suggest that WG would have followed that line of thought.

Don't forget the extra damage reduction it gives too. Your suggestion makes sense (to me), but then you care about the game!

I ran out of faith with the NTC 2.0 shenanigans they are "looking" to bring in & removal of Legendary Upgrade missions. CV reeeework showed WG addiction to sunk cost and pressing ahead with a bad idea, so yeah, no credit given to WG here. Plus this is a DD nerf and a BB buff, so of course it'll happen!

With WG track record, the time to sharpen pitchforks is now, before it is too late (which it probably is TBH).

Do you just hate DDs or do BBs need more buffs in the devs' eyes as this is downright ridiculous.

With WGs balancing decisions recently looking as though made by consulting a magic 8-ball whilst dropping acid, I can't see this ending well.

So why the proposed nerf to torp DDs with the new modules being tested? Sorry, I know you're just the messenger (and I'm not aiming at you) but you do realise that WG currently has zero credibility with a reasonable chunk of the playerbase and this explanation when looked at holistically just doesn't hold water.
